Dynamic composition is achieved here because of the way the two pencils make a sharp point at the end and lines are connected. Some elements that make this image dynamic is: shape the way the two pencils form a kind of unfinished triangle, lines of course the way the lines are not parallel but connected, and position of the items. In this picture i would say the point of interest is the flower smack in the middle or the hand sanitizer at the top because of the fact that the two pencils kind of act as an arrow that leads your eye up.

I decided to edit this shot for experience in photoshop. Painted in a light and dark curves adjustment layer. Added some Airbrushing, don't like to airbrush, but may as well try. Mostly only at 5% except some areas at 20%.
Over Family Day 2024 weekend, I went over to Buffalo to meet up with people and inadvertently end up at the Walden Galleria, a mall I haven't really visited since they shut KB Toys down. While I was there, I noticed that the Gamestop there was having a clearance sale, and in that pile was this ArtFX Premier 1/10 Captain Marvel statue, reduced to $62 USD from its original asking price of $170.
So there's some assembly required with this statue, and at the end you do end up with a nifty looking statue on an interesting looking base.
While yes, 1/10 is significantly smaller than even a lot of the figures that I own, but the benefit is that due to the lighter weight you can get more dynamic poses from the statues and the thing will still remain stable. The three base pieces are being held together with one peg on each section. The actual Captain Marvel part is really balanced on one peg just below the right knee, portrayed in a flying pose.
So yeah, what I'm saying is that this thing could tumble over if you're not careful
Th actual sculpting isn't bad. I don't have a clue why the MSRP on this piece was so high but I suppose overall it is more work than a Bishoujo. Captain Marvel isn't exactly sculpted as being overly thicc or muscular, but she's got that slim athletic build that works nicely with the well sculpted body suit. Detailing on the hair itself is actually quite nice, though the faces does leave some room for improvement. The rocks on the base are actually really neat to look at in person, and are made from a translucent plastic that has painted sections for opaque sections.
Paint work isn't bad either. Certainly a lot more shading and other more subtle touches than your run of the mill Bishoujo. I don't think the waist wrap has any actual pint beyond some shading and top coating, nor is the flesh tone on the face, but everything is painted. The Blue is a semi gloss but that metallic Red is all shiny. The Copper is also also nice and shiny.
Build wise, you'd think such a highly painted statue, especially one with such rich colours, should be able to cover up any undesirables. However, I can tell you ... nope. Not a chance. You can still see mould lines on the thighs, and probably more if I actually tried harder.
