Artificially dyed flowers are not everyone's taste, but I like mine. Last season's heather flowers grew out white and I planted them in a flower bed, replanting pots with a new batch.
I visited my favorite yarn shop today. I'm always inspired by the colors and textures. Many of the yarns are hand dyed by the proprietress.

Blue dyed milk drops into red dyed milk.
I like this one because of the transparency of the splash. Needed quite a lot of work to brighten up (because I screwed up the lighting) but it was too nice to leave on my hard drive.
2 vivitar flashes, one either side slightly in front firing back at the splash with a white reflector behind. Triggered with a home-made push button trigger wired in parallel to hot shoe sync cables.
