M42 Duster armored self-propelled gun, armed with two 40-mm Bofors anti-aircraft/multi-purpose autocannon produced under license in the US. In US service from 1953 to 1988, including combat in Vietnam. Eleven US allies used it and some still do.

At Veterans Park, in Clovis, New Mexico, about 12 miles (18 km) west of the Texas state line. I visited this place on June 1, 2019.

History

The development of this anti-aircraft vehicle began

In 1950 using the chassis of a modified M41 Walker

Bulldog tank. Without a radar fire control system,

The effectiveness of the M42 declined sharply as the

Soviets fielded a new generation of high speed

Ground support jet aircraft.

M42’s were used by U.S. forces in Vietnam where the

Absence of enemy aircraft led to their use in

Perimeter defense, base security and as convoy

Escorts. The high rate of fire and heavy projectile

Weight of the 40MM round proved very effective in

Suppressing enemy fire in dense jungle conditions.

A character from a Japanese game called "Mother 3". I'm a little obsessed with it recently.

He's a nice guy despite having a gimped leg and he uses the staples to climb up walls or subdue foes.

Following the renewal of the Duster line-up last autumn, and in a similar vein to the limited-edition Aventure version of the model that was revealed at the Geneva Motor Show in 2013, Dacia is to introduce the limited-edition Duster Air which will be available with either two- or four- wheel transmission.

While the Duster Aventure focused on the car’s adventurer spirit and all-terrain ability, the Duster Air takes its inspiration from the world of aviation and pilots.

Knife, Revolver, and Brass Knuckles all in one package, based on an actual firearm from the late 1800's, but with the addition of a short barrel, instead of no barrel like the origional, and a caliber change, the origional was said to be 7mm, i changed it to 38 Special, and a crude set of sights.

Norev Dacia Duster in second generation guise, i've catalogued it as a MK3 as we Brits got the Romanian ARO 4X4 badged as a Dacia Duster back in the 1980's. Mint and boxed.
