Ok....she's not so little but she's still my dumplin. We try so hard to help her lose weight but.........as you can see it's a hard road to travel. This is how she watches TV.
It has been cold here in East Tennessee, that means more editing and creating since I am not a fan of being chilly!

It was pretty chilly the day we visited the zoo. Dumplin, being a very smart orangutan, made herself a little tent in the sunshine. :-)
It's been a few days since I've been on here, I can't wait to catch up with everyone's photostreams. I drove 10 hours yesterday to pick up my oldest son from University. It was so nice to see him, I haven't seen him since Christmas, so we have a lot of catching up to do as a family.
Since I was sick all thru Christmas with covid, well on into the New Year, ..
We Had Our Chirstmas Celebration, at my house, last Saturday night, January 7th 2023...
These are my " Three Dumplins, My Precious Mother, And My Self ..
Josh my son took all of these, with his phone, as we got them still a minute ... but boy did we ever have us a good time ...
One of those Special Christmas Celebrations, and I know our hearts were full that night...

Taken from "The Dumplin"( Duncryne Hill) a view of Balmaha village on the shores of Loch Lomond
with Conic Hill behind to the right and Ben Lomond to the left.
The name Balmaha comes from the Gaelic for St Maha's Place which suggests the village may have ancient origins, perhaps as a hermit's residence.

Dumplin Mill, 2nd Floor.
A Local Sevierville attorney that is also a friend bought this old mill a few months ago. He has allow me to enter the mill several times with my camera to photograph the machinery. I consider it a once in a lifetime opportunity. This is the only machine I have any clue about what it might be, and that only because of the stenciled board beside it.
All of the machines and two wheeled carts along with all other tools are still in the same position and shape they were left on the last day of business of the mill sometime circa 1980-84.
Because who wouldn't want a brand new Vintage Strawberry Shortcake? She smells and looks like she used to <3 I wish they would do this with the whole set.. I want Apple Dumplin <3

He's outgrown this remote & his sister Prim as well. But here he is "dog tired" from life as a kept house dog. You'll have a hard time sneaking up on this guy because he hears & smells "everything!" (Well,,,when He's awake.)

This puppet was made to represent the Strawberry Shortcake character Apple Dumplin'.
One year in the 1980s while Heather was visiting in the summer my brother and I created a hand made puppet stage and hand made puppets featuring three characters from the Strawberry Shortcake series of characters which was then owned by American Greetings and made into a toy line by Kenner. These photos are simply documentary in nature and show the puppets which Jeff and I had created by hand, inspired by those characters.

This is a landscape of Loch Lomond from Duncryne hill also known as the Dumplin! It is 20mins away from Dumbarton and takes around 15mins walk! In my opinion it is one of the best views of Loch Lomond.
