One of my attempts for the Macro Monday theme 'Tool'.
Again a theme that was a lot of fun to experiment with! The problem is that I can never really make up my mind which picture to choose for MM 🤔😄
I have always granted myself the freedom to exercise artistic license and pursue whatever brings me joy. Currently, shots from my cellphone and digital AI artwork fulfill that purpose, at least for the time being.
If in doubt which is my work and which is Generative AI, just look for the watermark on my photography.

In this description, you all know how the contest is working :
-The Cycle 2 will start when the Cycle 1 will be done, who aslo means SEPT 23TH. But I'll do the episode SEPT 26TH. You have UNTIL SEPT 25TH to do your pics.
-You can do your audition pic NOW, for having the most people as possible ;)
-In the audition, I want to show how gorgeous you are and to show how you rock the scene ;)
-It'll have a limit of 15 contestants, so do your best !
-If you don't do your audition pic, you won't be in the contest at all
-If, in the competition, you don't do your pic without any excuses, you'll be out. But take note that it'll have some exceptions :)
-I don't tell the prizes :P
-If you were in the Cycle 1 but you were out, no prob, you can rejoin !
-If you have other questions, just send me a comment or a FM, I'll be glad to answer ;)

Some folks poo-poo Instagram because they think it's just a place for kids to post duckface selfies, bad snapshots of their lunches and horribly overprocessed iPhone photos. I'll concede that there are plenty of those things on there, but there's also an incredible collection of beautiful photos by some really talented artists. In fact, I did a quick mental tally a few weeks ago and figured out that almost 80% of the new artists I follow on social media are ones I found through Instagram. If you haven't checked it out, give it a look-see some time -- you might be surprised by the quality of visual artistry you can find there.

OK, now about this photo:
After you've spent the entire final night of your Lofoten adventure driving around the beautiful archipelago chasing the most incredible Northern Lights display you could ever imagine, it's a bit of a let-down to have to fold up the old tripod, break down the camera gear and head back to meet up with the rest of your group. So we stretched the drive back a bit by making a few stops. This was the final of those stops, just on the Fredvang side of the place we came to refer to as "Two Bridges."
Happy weekend, y'all. I woke up this morning with either a cold or bad allergies -- still trying to figure out which it is.

I met these young ladies in the centre of The Hague, they were busy making selfies what all young girls of their age do for vlogs or their FB profile.
Then I asked them to make one for me with their best duckface, and they did it with pleasure.....
