Previously 15144, DS61 can be seen on Selborne Road working an Overground Replacement Service to Hackney Downs.

The 683 is one of a few school buses running 'under the radar', not showing on any departure boards or apps. So it appears officially that it's not running at all but the two kids who just boarded clearly knew it was running.

It's been running with one bus only, in line with other Sullivan school routes, and nine times out of ten Scania DS61 has been the usual bus. But on this day, one of the Enviro 400's appeared, which was nice, and the driver even set the destination blind, which was even better!

The location is Church Road Hendon, and E51 (normally on the 603) is heading towards West Hendon on its way to JFS at Kingsbury.

The weekend of the 29th/30th September saw a suspension of the Metropolitan line between Wembley Park and Harrow-on-the-Hill, with replacement buses operating between both points, intermediately calling at Preston Road, Kenton (for Bakerloo line/Overground connections) and Northwick Park.
