The Daf 1949 A-1500 Series trucks were replaced by A-1600 truck. It received a new designed cabin in 1959 and a new range of engines. The four-part windshield with a central split was only used in 1959. For the 1960 model cabin the central split disappeared.
The first series had a three horizontal strip front grille, in 1964 reduced to only two strips. Around 1964 the small ventilation openings under the A-pillar were replaced by two small ventilation grilles alongside the cooling grille.

Fortunately, I had to dig around the bathroom drawers to find this darn indicator...but it should be a bit handier now that cold/flu season is right around the corner...since it really doesn't measure 'normal' despite its claim of 98.6 degrees! ;) Naples, FL

Todays daily shoot challenge was to show indicators ~ a little lateral thinking here! The grave is that of Edward Bates Cowey the 1st president of the Yorkshire Miners Association. The use of the grave and the wintery tree indicates the changing seasons of the earth, the cycle of life and death and the changing landscape I live in. Everywhere are reminders of Yorkshire's mining past but no mines are left.

This was a challenge to come up with something I thought would be interesting to look at. I decided on stop lights and then give them a lith type treatment

My wife unpacked some boxes today and found this old radio of mine, looking like a microphone. To my surprise it still works even though it was stored for a few years.

Awhile back, I had been on the search for a watch that basically just told the time and had a light…the reason? I was taking long exposed photos and wanted something that would not interfere with the photo! Man, I could not believe how long it took to find this bugger! Enjoy…

Three clocks in the kitchen, all of them showing another time. They're OB1 (off by one).
Surprising as it may be, this photo is barely post-processed. I got one raw image from the camera, which it combined from 3 shutter actuations after I had selected "Multiple Exposure Mode". I only changed the white balance in Lightroom, and then exported to JPEG.
Here I am on the 9th hole and the advertiser is encouraging me to make a choice of something fun to do after the round.
