Looking east into Utah along UT-21. This is an 83-mile stretch of no services between Milford, Utah, and Baker, Nevada, along the ACA Western Express. It's not apparent in the pic, but we battled 20-25 mph flanking winds and headwinds. There isn't much vegetation to move with the gusts, so you can't tell how strong the wind really is until you start moving.
These types of roads are mentally taxing, when you can see it go on for 30 or more miles. Basin, range, repeat.

On my way to Tops supermarket to score me a cool 6 pack of Flying Bison before the real snow hits. Only picture I have before the battery went dead. The beer was more important than the photo opp...
This is optomistic but I'm hoping to log some serious milage this year. In the spring of 06' I was riding injured but was able to put on 450kms on the road bike and 200kms on one of the mountain bikes before the 6th of May and when I really did myself in. I haven't looked at the computers since that day. I pulled 2 of them out of the drawer recently and reset them. The other is newish and is setup for Heidis bike. Hopefully I can get some miles in this year.

A photo I took in Berlin of a building just across the river from the Reichstag. I'm unsure what building it is, but I liked the shapes - If anyone could fill me in then that would be great! The wavy line is a cyclist wobbling past on his way home from the pub!
