A zoomorphic drone designed to carry heavy loads over rough terrain. The Camel uses its raised optics suite to reverse until its clamp can secure the designated cargo.
Inspired by Carter's Gun Dogs as well as the various smaller robots from Horizon Zero Dawn.

Up on 9 cabin track, they were able to get the helper and Sperry car to split apart.
Well one drone. Had an itch to build lately, this guy was inspired by Devid VII's D Battle Suit, but I had to make a drone because Droneuary! Really pleased I found a use for those stupid Mixel joints.

I found some old pictures of this thing that i hadn't posted before. (Altho the are already some photos of this ship in my Stream)
So i decided to go search for the tiny sketch i had somewhere in a very old sketchbook. took me several hours to find it!
Anyways i did my best with the small pictures of poor quality. Some angles had never been posted before and yet they show some of my favorite detail like the pipe that changes color with the stripe...
A build from 2008
A bunch of old tablescraps again; trying to decide on a head design I'm happy with. In the meantime, here's a photo.
Big and heavy drone. Very big and very heavy drone. Not too tall, but big. I guess I could have tried to fit a minifig, but I thought it should be a drone, so there is no pilot, only lots of bulky SNOT bricks and robust detailing. It was somewhat inspired by a really cool piece of art, but I can't remember where I got that image from...
The new drone has arrived and is being tested by the firefighter. It will be used to help them defuse larger fires

A Drone Show that was put on before the closing fireworks celebration at the 2022 Abbotsford Airshow. A hundred drones were programmed and synced to fly together and to form light pictures.
