With the amount of wind there is on Abraham Lake, you are bound to find the odd snow drift here and there....I love snow drifts. The shapes are just gorgeous.

I don't know who's textures I used in this, I just remember that they were part of a collection given to me to get me started using them... so it's been a while.
The original image was in infrared taken last summer.

It was high humidity during my visit to Lake Kawaguchi this time. Thus the clouds covered Mt. Fuji during the sunrise time. I used ND1000 filter to get the long exposure of drifting clouds.
這次去河口湖，事先已經知道水氣旺盛，所以先找好較高的攝點，指望出個雲海大景。
第一天日出時，雲太高，遮住富士山。後來富士山漸漸露出頭，就搬出ND1000拍攝流雲，還蠻喜歡這效果的。

GLC 386 puts the hammer down as they bust through some massive drifts after working a customer in Ashley. This was the first train after their holiday shut down, which coincided with the season's first major snow/blizzard event, leaving its mark in the form of massive drifts. Little did we know just how epic this drift bust would be.

Vancouver's north shore mountains and Stanley Park were barely visible from the beach today thanks to a thick blanket of low-lying fog. When the sun managed to poke through it provided great light against the softened backdrop.
