Seen at the Salone del Mobile - Milano
An entire versatile workstation for a soloist, apt to perfectly isolate the person from the surrounding environment, extremely functional, comfy and even colourful. Both wood table (oak) and steel shelf (visible in the photo on the right) are collapsable. The mini sofa is very comfortable and has a detachable power bank that will charge wirelessly phones and laptops. The lamp, a tiny shelf for glasses/stationary and a coats hook complete the display.
This "ensemble" is called "Bob Solo", lol, and can be moved everywhere in a room thanks to its four wheels.
It occupies the minimum space, giving the maximum comfort and functionality. I think it looks like aesthetically cool too.
The reason of my diptych is to frame two different nice expressions by Sebastian, showroom manager of the Swedish producing Company "Blå Station", who kindly accepted to pose for me.
It's been projected by the designers Stefan Borselius and Thomas Bernstrand who meant to conceive a room in the room or, as they said, a nook for privacy. Founder, and main furniture designer is Börge Lindau.

In einem leerstehenden Altstadthaus wurde ein wunderbares und interessantes Museum eingerichtet. Im Innenhof laden die Kunststoffstühle von Philippe Starck zu einer Pause ein.

I don't know what this is or what they put in my mocha latte last night. I added a pattern to the "eyes," otherwise it is my usual color and mirror flip...and oh yea, creation of a mirrored world egg for my smoke space bug to hatch from....wtf?
Speaking of Mocha Latte...I have a few works on display at Caffe Driade in Chapel Hill, NC. Not the greatest light, but I suppose any exposure is good.
Oh...and you can thank flickr for making this so dark, in spite of my best efforts.....Sorry, but some of us know what level of contrast and satutation we were looking for in our photos and didn't need you to "help us out."
