Inspired by the golden age, the 1950s American chic, a time when things were different, especially women’s fashion. A sort of retro-vintage fantasy world full of ice cream shops, dances, main street cinema, popcorn and small town general store, long summers and cold lemonade. Handsome boys and nights out, trips out of town and Sunday mass. Monday morning school bell, weekend garage sales and hobby fairs.
This is not cake but burfee a sweet meat.
It's fondant covered.
All decorations are handmade and all edible except for diamantés and silver chain in sugar jewel box. The heart shaped compact is a design of Shamsd.

The sun hits the top of our bedroom drawers first thing and reflects of this beautiful mirrored glass box and my Miss Dior perfume. I love vintage-looking perfume bottles, this is my fave du jour.
