I unscrewed these from the bathroom medicine cabinets in a home slated for demolition. They were original to the house, built in the 1960s.

I unscrewed these from the bathroom medicine cabinets in a home slated for demolition. They were original to the house, built in the 1960s.

After I repainted an old side table I had sitting around, turning it into sort of a cool dark turquoise and my night stand, I found this drawer pull for it.

This photo doesn't give a very accurate representation of the paint color, though. Might need to try again. It's called Behr Tucson Teal.

I will never again have a nightstand without a drawer. The alcove below attempts to corral my magazines of the moment.

the finniel (sp) was found in a local shop - is plastic & I have the other one around here somewhere

it's glued to a dowl rod & the right end is a wooden drawerpull painted to match the left end

I didn't make these, but thought some people would be interested in seeing them. My limited knowledge tells me they are needlepoint on silk, under some kind of plastic fit into brass. Color is a bit off in this image.
