did this by doing a long exposure using the bulb function and using my remote to close the shutter. i used a torch to do the writing and got the spaces in text by covering up the torch after each letter and uncovering when in place for the next letter. it took me ages to finally get it right.
The only doping allowed: Happiness. My son jumping around on a beach.
The jump is real, the movement is done with Photoshop.
