There is nothing more southern than a tomato sandwich. We’re using all of our Farmer’s Market goodies for lunch today while my little side kick takes a nap. You may ask, why a Lagunitas? Did you know Raleigh is a test market for them? This is one of my new favorite beers. Also, it always appropriate to have a mid-day beer. Even the beer says “day time”.
