I made a quick custom work on a Simply Chocolate faceplate to use with AE's scalp.
I'm quite happy with the result, although I hope no one think it's a rip off of other people's amazing work.
I wish I had more of a personal style, but since I take so long between one custom and another, I'm still on a rookie level. ^^
I take influences from a lot of people I admire and try this and that of what I see just to test on my dolls. Hopefully I'll get a distinctive look soon.
I'm very happy with this one, as it was done very quick (as usual, ahem) but still looks nice enough in pictures and I have little complains about my work (other than the lower lip round center is very uneven and could be better sanded and her nose is also asymetric...). But still I feel she's really cute. It was my first FBL custom and I'm really surprised how easy they're to open and how great and not difficult is to make them look good. She's my fav mold after EBL (that look great even stock, FBL don't look nice in stock, at least for me. ^^)
Anyway, I hope you like her!

Waiting for the weekend to finish this little girl as well as Caroline, my SBL Velvet Minuet. She's already looking so cute, I've been having fun with her as it is right now and I'm so tempted to leave her with no makeup. There's a Kozy feeling about her that I find so adorable.
But since I have some experimental skin tone plans for her, I took some quick shots today to remember her this way.

I wanted to try and make a tiny drawing on her eyelid, I've seen so many beautiful ones, specially Erica's. <3 I find it's so cute.
(I have to say, if I ever try to be a customizer, maybe I should use "plaid" lids? ^^)

This is my SBL Pow Wow Poncho Charlotte, she was my third Blythe and has been with me since 2004.
Poor girl is been waiting for more than a year for her carving to be completed, to the point that I was afraid I have ruined her faceplate too (same with SSD Alice). Thankfully Sara/Hola Gominola gave me some advice on how to save her last year and last weekend I decided to try and finish her so she could join me in Amsterdam.
I'm so happy she's back as Pippi's very dear to me. And I'm quite happy with the final result, even if there are some things I would change if I could redone her again, as usual. ^^'
