Well, it looked like one to me with the red spotlight. Some of the formations really did have interesting hues. It was really just fun to revisit a childhood memory.

I am a dreadful procrastinator, there is always tomorrow!!
So now I have decided that there must be no more "To Do Lists", they have to become DO NOW Lists!!

You say you're lonely
Don't care anymore
Emptiness abounds
and love surrounds
the hole besides your heart
You're feeling so sad,
And it's never been this bad..before
Don't wanna change the world
But I'm gonna change your mind
I'll only say that if you stay
Love is what you'll find
But you're gone...'cause love takes so long
You say you're empty
Don't feel anymore
Loneliness abounds
And the music pounds around and around and around...
You're moving way too fast
Like nothing ever lasts
Just keep on ... pushing
Could be anything you want
Could do anything you feel
Love is all around you
But you don't believe it's real
Just be fearless
Baby be fearless...
Do it now
Do it now
Do it now
Do it now
All my life
I sit and wonder
Why you put yourself down
What's so bad, what's so bad, what's so bad, what's so bad
About what we have now?
Raise your hands... in the twilight
Raise your hands... to the sky
And say I love you
No fear anymore
Happiness is found
Let love come down
and shine inside your heart
You're beautiful inside
I'm in love with your mind and your heart and your soul and your eyes
Could be anything you want
Could do anything you feel
Love is all around you
But you don't believe it's real
Open up your mind
Listen to your heart
Leave loneliness behind
Come on, come on, come on
Do it now
Do it now
Do it now
Do it now

They followed me very closely to the wire and then, when they realized that I didn't have anything for them, one of them sounded a windpipe squeaklike honk and they all did an about face and trotted off. As if!
I think they're guinea fowl.
We had a great time that night threatening to dress our neighbor's lawn jockeys in bra and panty sets. Fill'er up!
My office at work is a beautiful room in a historic house (built in the mid-1800s) attached to the church building. It has unpainted wood trim, a large bay window, and the walls are painted a sunny yellow I picked out myself (I simply couldn't live with the seafoam green it was when I first started working here). I have let it get ridiculously messy over the last couple of years. I have had very limited office hours (particularly this year, when I am only in one afternoon a week), and it's hard to justify spending that time cleaning up. I know that's not a smart way to look at it. Oh, who am I kidding, the truth is that cleaning up, organizing, and staying on top of things is just something I struggle with. It actually seems to be getting worse as I get older!
Anyway, I had to find something yesterday, so I spent a good long time combing through all my files - half of which were in filing cabinets, but the other half of which were stuck in random piles around the room. I found many other things in my long search - a bag of books I bought in Italy 2.5 years ago and haven't opened since, a pack of pictures from my 10th high school reunion, and this book that I have been looking for at home for awhile. It's called Do It Now: Breaking the Procrastination Habit. Ah, irony, I love it when you sneak up and bite me like that.
