Dogpatch Shipyard Cranes - San Francisco

Construction of new condos at 18th & Illinois, in the area known as Dogpatch. Dogpatch was a wharf area then, when the wharves died it was a no-man's land for awhile, and then was discovered as a place of artists and similar creative folk needing cheap space, now it is being converted into condos. Considering the proximity to Mission Bay (various pharma and dot.com industries), the market for the condo is probably those employees.
