Na ordem do dia, o projeto de lei complementar (PLS) 332/2018, que acaba com a cobrança de Imposto sobre Circulação de Mercadorias e Serviços (ICMS) sobre produtos que saem do depósito em um estado e vão para uma loja da mesma rede varejista em outro estado.

Valley, or known to the public as the town of Valley Junction has undergone extensive changes in the last year due to Frac sand mining all around the area. What was once just a average passing siding in the middle of know where is now a multi million dollar sand plant that UP serves on a daily basis.
Here LTS-71 "The Sand Job" prepares to back it's entire train from the mainline down into Valley siding and then into the sand plant.
It's an extensive operation, that has revitalized not only this railroad, but railroads across the state of Wisconsin. This sand really is white gold!
Ao leste da Ilha de Santa Catarina, da praia do Campeche, pode-se avistar a ilha do Campeche.
Situada no litoral do Estado brasileiro de Santa Catarina, no Oceano Atlântico. Faz parte do território do município de Florianópolis.
A área da ilha do Campeche é de cerca de 381.648.00 m². Na direção norte-sul tem cerca de 1500m e na leste-oeste 500m.
Na costa oeste da ilha há uma linda praia de areias finas e brancas.
Existem marcas de ocupação bem antiga da ilha. Há rochas cobertas de sinais como os encontrados em outras partes do arquipélago. Isto faz com que a ilha seja de interesse arqueológico.

L'île de Campeche se situe dans l'océan Atlantique, sur le littoral sud du Brésil, à l'est de l'île de Santa Catarina, dans la municipalité de Florianópolis. Elle se trouve au large de la plage de Campeche, à laquelle elle a probablement donné son nom.
Orientée nord-sud, elle mesure environ 1,5 km de long pour 500 m de large. Sa superficie est de 0,38 km². Sur la côte nord de l'île existe une petite plage de sable fin.
Om y trouve des signes d'une occupation humaine très ancienne, comme des gravures sur des rochers (de même que dans d'autres îles de l'archipel), ce qui en fait un site archéologique recherché.

Na ordem do dia, o Projeto de Lei (PL) 4.372/2020, que regulamenta o Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica e de Valorização dos Profissionais da Educação (Fundeb); os projetos de lei 4.998/2020 e 5.217/2020, que tratam do registro e rastreio eletrônico de vacinas; o PL 2.963/2019, que cria regras para a aquisição, posse e cadastro de propriedade rural por estrangeiros; e o PLP 101/2020, cujo objetivo é mudar as regras atuais para permitir que estados e municípios renegociem suas dívidas em troca de ajustes fiscais em suas contas.
Também estão na ordem do dia autoridades indicadas a postos diplomáticos, de direção de agências reguladoras e outros cargos, que foram aprovados pelas comissões temáticas; além de cinco mensagens do Executivo que autorizam a contratação de empréstimos externos.

This achieves the maximum ***** 5 stars SSR (Stupid Signs Rating).
1. Why would anyone remove the chains?
2. Why are they called safety chains? It's unlikely they would stop anyone, especially a child, falling in.
3. If anyone is inclined to risk life and limb by jumping in, is the threat of prosecution likely to deter them?
4. If you do jump in, and then obey the no swimming rule, you will drown.
This sign is almost useless. I say "almost" because at least it serves as an effective barrier against anyone falling into the water at this exact point.

When I spotted this spider on my doorframe, its pose and form so much resembled a pirate spider that I just assumed it was. I almost didn't bring it inside for a photo, because I have photos of them, but something made me do it.
When I later looked at the photos, I was really glad I had. His markings are sort of like a Mimetus sp., but not quite. And then there's that strange spike on the leg, which I had never seen before. I wondered if it had broken and healed oddly as I looked through photos of him. But when I got to this one, I could tell it was probably supposed to be that way. He's missing his matching leg, which would have answered the question.
Then I had to figure out what the heck he was. I looked at the eyes and saw that they're definitely not a Mimetus arrangement. I compared them to the BugGuide spider eyes page and saw that the closest match was the orb weavers. Odd... he doesn't look like a typical orb weaver.
I combed through the sections until I finally found a photo showing similar markings on the abdomen, and then checked the leg for the spikes, and there it was: my first male Arrowhead Orbweaver. I would have been hard pressed to guess that.
I wish I could tell you guys what that unusual spine is for, but I looked all over and could find no answer. Until I find out otherwise, I'm going with the theory that both jciv and I have that, since only the males have them, they must be for holding the females.

"Day-to-passive '
Lying in the evenings and sometimes you think, "What I did today?"
And it becomes quite empty and sick of myself, because in my head flies answer, "Nothing."
And that is the state where every night you just decide for yourself

Status determination and peace, lying in his own bed, familiar?

A praia do Leblon está localizada no bairro de mesmo nome, na zona sul e é considerado um dos mais nobres da cidade do Rio de Janeiro. O bairro é famoso por abrigar restaurantes cariocas de renome, além de bares, quiosques e hotéis que garantem uma ótima infra-estrutura turística.

Sendo uma continuação da Praia de Ipanema, só é separada da vizinha pelo Jardim de Alá, um parque que divide os bairros de Ipanema e Leblon, o canal e praças.
Mas, um dos encantos do Leblon é a paisagem do Morro Dois Irmãos no entardecer. Local que garante ótimas fotos, passeios através da orla e observação do bairro e da praia do Leblon e Ipanema através de um mirante.

The beach of Leblon is located in the district of the same name, in the south zone and is considered one of the noblest of the city of Rio de Janeiro. The neighborhood is famous for hosting renowned Carioca restaurants, as well as bars, kiosks and hotels that guarantee a great tourist infrastructure.
The greater frequency is of residents who seek to refresh themselves in the waters of the sea. So it will not be surprising if there are some celebrities in their bars and boardwalk.
It has a family atmosphere, quiet and ideal for small children. The waterfront has space for everyone who wants to enjoy the sun, play sports such as volleyball and soccer, walking, cycling along the bike path, and other activities. For lovers of surfing, the ideal is to look for the slopes of Morro Dois Irmãos that guarantee special waves for surfers to make maneuvers.
Being a continuation of the Ipanema Beach, it is only separated from the neighbor by the Garden of Allah, a park that divides the neighborhoods of Ipanema and Leblon, the canal and squares.
But, one of the charms of Leblon is the landscape of Morro Dois Irmãos at dusk. Place that guarantees great photos, walks through the waterfront and observation of the neighborhood and the beach of Leblon and Ipanema through a belvedere.
Such a crappy name for a superhero. :p
This is simply an excuse for the people who are going to say "MOAR LEGO." to me.
O contraste entre a Cidade Formal e a Favela fica claro nesta foto. O que é cidade e o que é favela? Realidades que se tocam mas nao se misturam. A cidade nao foi planejada para todos. A Favela é o lugar dos excluidos, negros, pobres... Nao queremos mais ser cidadaos, queremos ser Quilombolas.

Parte da Rua do Lavradio com seus sobrados restaurados e o passeio totalmente recuperado como no início do século passado - sem fiação aérea e com postes com bronze na composição pra não enferrujar.
Esta rua é sede de alguns Antiquários, que promovem cafés com apresentações musicais durante a semana e aos Sábados.
Uma vez por mês também acontece uma feira na rua e no Natal costuma ficar bem bonita com encenações teatrais do século XVIII e XIX. Acho que organizados pelo pessoal da Rua da Carioca.
Infelizmente tinha um caminhão descarregando móveis antes deste trecho e preferi tirar a foto somente do fim da rua.
Note também que as árvores plantadas em 1999 já estão crescendo e alguns coqueiros produzindo frutos.
