Unlike previously built-Athame, this little model was built in normal pace and caused no major issues :D
Except that I wanted to have few other variants and each in other colours... dkgreen being the only one available :(
I updated an old favorite MOC from 2010. It now features my 3-wide technic chassis, new wheels, mudguards, tipper bed and slightly rebuilt cab. Functionality is also enhanced with a hook lift to operate the tipper bed, and foldable side supports to stabilize the truck when crane is operated.
DkGreen Shunter 7w. Design has borrowed some genes from a BR Class 04 locomotive, but mostly what I found pleasing for the eye. It has a DkRed chassis with 3axles where the mid axle is floating to ensure a frictionless ride. Base 7w / Cab 6 2/3w / Hood 5wide, and L=18studs. So overall dimensions and similar to a 4563 loco. It is not powered and for the moment I think I leave it like that. Motorisation may be put in a following carriage (?).
MOC inspired by a mix of Swedish, German and Swiss prototypes. Some new elements from the Mini Cooper set came in handy.

M24 Chaffee ww2 US light tank. Microfig scaled. The dkgreen 1x3 tiles are held by stickers, and some parts (gun, for example) requires sticker covers to have the dkgreen color. I tried to cath the characteristics of this tank, and make it as proportional, as possible in this size.
PP3 battery, adaptor Cable assembly, and standard IR-reciever and train motor. This is what is fitted in my DkGreen industrial locomotove.
Based on 10219 Maersk Train Currently building this IRL in both Red & DkBlue variants. Sadly not all parts are available in DkGreen, which I think is the most handsome color.

Introduced in 2002 in Galidor! Not used much until 2004, when several Bionicle sets (among other themes) featured the color.
Thanks to 2 years of lugbulk, I finally can built trees! I love it how just one colour of leaves, dkgreen, can give such a depth in colour when put in the sun.

I was heavily inspired by this to make this. While my automaton is nowhere near the technical or aesthetic quality of Edulyoung's Pegasus, I am rather proud of it as a first try. This is probably my first MOC with any kind of real function (because doors on hinges don't quite count). I will most likely try my hand at another automaton soon again.

2) Keep the white front wheel well or change it back to grey?
