I had been looking forward to seeing plates from Senegal before the trip. Since Senegal completely surrounds Gambia, there was no doubt about the appearance of these, with their blue color, wonderfully exotic plates. During my holiday there I saw some more vehicles from Senegal, but not as many as I expected. A sighting sometime in Europe would be a little dream of mine ;-)

Copenhagen Central Station may look like just another busy hub, but it’s actually a gateway to some of the city’s quirkiest spots, like the world’s oldest amusement park, Bakken, and the hip, ever-changing district of Vesterbro. Even the trains here seem to carry a bit of that Copenhagen cool.

Nyhavn’s colourful buildings weren’t always this cheerful—this was once the rough and tumble hangout of sailors and pirates. Back in the day, it was a notorious spot for rowdy taverns and questionable activities. Today, it’s a vibrant backdrop to some of the most fashionable eateries and bars in the city, where the only thing you’re likely to plunder is a seat with a view.
