Este retrato de Django, el galgo del arqueólogo Enrique Gil es un recuerdo de la tarde que pasamos recorriendo y conociendo junto a Rosario Paterna El Castellar de Sierra (Tobarra, Albacete), un enclave arqueológico que esperemos conservar adecuadamente para que las generaciones venideras puedan disfrutarlo.

The latest stray to show up at our house and move right in demonstrates the proper way to eat one of my hand drawn, handmade catnip cockroaches. At the table, of course.

Wow, what a day! 80 min. swimming, fantastic, 75 min. Yoga, perfect, well, cleaning the house was necessary, walking Suka, always amusing, picking tomatoes and basil, fragrant, and cooking okra with onions, hot peppers and curry, I hope yummy! But the highlight of the day was biking over to Duke Gardens to feed Django. He is the prettiest cat in the world and demanding too!
Oh, for all of you DiabetesMadeVisible Friends...I did have to stop swimming for a juice box and also stop yoga for some glucose tabs. But with both incidents I was totally in control of the low and only missed about 3 minutes of each activity. Good news, but I know full well I will pay with high blood sugars later tonight. Such is MY diabetes!
