It is one of the first wooden structure brick buildings in Japan.

A female divinity on the left side of the Southern central towers in a recessed niche shows perfect proportion, balance & artistic style.
With plaited hair & simply dressed with loosely draped skirts, she wears exquisite jewellery including heavy earrings that weigh down their elongated ear lobes, garlands of pearls hanging from their belts, bracelets, arm & ankle bands with elaborate necklaces.
Notice also the row of graceful Hamsas on the base below her feet.
