So first of all, I'm SUPER sorry if these pictures offend anyone.
We were doing this dissection for bio, and I had my camera there to take pictures of the people doing it for yearbook, and took some shots of organs for my teacher.
But yeah, this is a fetal pig, so she was never born.
We examined her organs, and respiratory, digestive, excretory and circulatory systems.
I didn't cut anything.
As part of physiology classes, we dissect and study various kinds of animal cadavers, both domestic and wild. We did an unexpected autopsy on a pig that died, to find out why.
I'm not too experienced with cutting up fish. Mario told me just to make a cut and then rip it open. That worked pretty well.
There's a better scan of this somewhere. A loving classmate went after this photo with a tack when it was posted on the bulletin board in our biology class. We were popular. Duh.
And yes, we're proudly holding a pig head.
