The technology that powers landline telephones in the UK will be switched off in 2025. Landline operators in the UK will switch every home phone in the UK to an internet-based connection instead of a traditional copper-wire landline.
The main road through the village - closed on and off for over a month! If it hasn't started in your area it will.
I bet this leads to no end of complications (and probably expense).
I wonder if they will take down all the old overhead copper lines? the copper must be worth a fortune, (the telephone network in the UK has been in use since 1876).

A low framed capture from a local riverbank. I wanted to achieve a level of confusion and disorder within the frame combining elements of focus, glare, light, darkness and precision.
Objects are purposefully at variable points in and out of focus as well as depth in colour definitions and elements of brightness and glare (without any clipping). I wanted to include sun and deliberate lens flare. Thus making (or attempting should I say) the viewer to find complexity and confusion within the image. (Hopefully in a good way)
Can that all even work together in a single frame without heavy post processing?!
