Disegno notturno fatto ieri con matita, acquerello liquido della Schmincke, e penna a sfera, su carta Fabriano di soli 90 g/mq quindi teoricamente troppo lèggerà per tenere l’acqua. Ma la carta Fabriano ce la fa. 16x16, 2022. I made this drawing last night with pencil, liquid watercolor of the Schmincke and ballpoint pen, on Fabriano paper of only 90 g. Theoretically it will be too light to hold the water. But Fabriano can do it. 16x16, 2022

questo disegno a matite colorate, raffigura onde che s'infrangono su scogliere. E' ripreso da immagini che trovo dalla rete. Mi piace raffigurare il mare soprattutto gli effetti delle onde sugli scogli, i colori che mutano nel chiaro scuro della luce solare e creano effetti sull'acqua azzurri, verde chiaro e scuro. Ho utilizzato carta Favini chiara liscia ad alta grammatura 220 gr/mq, una matita in grafite Koo I Noor Hardtmuth HB per disegnare l'insieme delle linee le onde le scogliere, ed ho iniziato la colorazione con matite colorate permanent colors "Pablo" della Caran D'Asche. Grazie per tutte le visite e gli eventuali commenti.
this colored pencil drawing depicts waves breaking on cliffs. It is taken from images I find from the net. I like to depict the sea especially the effects of the waves on the rocks, the colors that change in the chiaroscuro of sunlight and create blue, light and dark green effects on the water. I used clear smooth Favini paper with a high weight of 220 gr / m2, a graphite pencil Koo I Noor Hardtmuth HB to draw all the lines, the waves and the cliffs, and I started coloring with Caran "Pablo" permanent colors pencils. Through the work Zed1 tells the themes of insecurity, growth, the search for balance and identity. A girl, suspended on a swing, sways between difficult choices and struggles to understand each other. As in a children's game, she searches for the missing cube to complete the design on her chest. “Reordering”, the title of the painting, refers to that need that sooner or later we all feel we understand who we are and who we want to be. It is Vallà participatory urban regeneration project, born from an idea of the BocaVerta Collective to put art and beauty back at the center of our urban landscapes. The name combines the English word wall and the country where the initiative takes place in a play on words.

COS’È THE WALLÀ. È il progetto di rigenerazione urbana partecipata di Vallà, nato da un’idea del Collettivo BocaVerta per rimettere al centro dei nostri paesaggi urbani l’arte e la bellezza. Il nome unisce in un gioco di parole il termine inglese wall (muro) e il paese in cui ha luogo l’iniziativa.
In concreto, The Wallà si propone di trasformare i muri di edifici pubblici e privati in “tele” per un museo permanente a cielo aperto, composto da opere di street art che rappresenteranno un potente mezzo per sensibilizzare, raccontare, accogliere, riqualificare. A oggi sono più di 10 gli edifici individuati per gli interventi artistici, ma l’iniziativa è in continua espansione.
“Questo progetto”, spiega il Collettivo BocaVerta, “nasce dalla percezione condivisa di degrado lungo l’arteria che attraversa da nord a sud il nostro paese, quella Strada provinciale 667 che è croce e delizia del paese stesso, veicolo di sviluppo, ma anche di traffico e inquinamento. Ripartire dalla bellezza, per noi, significa riprendere possesso dei luoghi che ci sono familiari e coinvolgere attivamente i cittadini nella ricerca di un vivere comune che sia rispettoso di sé e degli altri”.

La Vero s.n.c. crea vetrate artistiche rilegate esclusivamente a Tiffany o a piombo .
In entrambe le tecniche il vetro viene tagliato, sagomato e rilegato interamente a mano.
La rilegatura Tiffany consiste in una saldatura di stagno, anch’essa eseguita manualmente lungo i vari pezzi di vetro che compongono la vetrata. Lo stagno ha quindi la funzione di saldare ciascun elemento della vetrata lungo tutta la sua superficie.
Ogni vetrata può contenere elementi prodotti a Murano, sono pezzi fatti a mano, generalmente soffiati a bocca che vanno ad impreziosirla in maniera particolare ed elegante;sono i rui di murrine, i rui semplici, le filigrane e le murrine.
La tipologia ed il numero di elementi inseribili nelle vetrate influisce in maniera predominante nella determinazione del prezzo di queste.
Regno Unito, Londra, Battersea Power Station, Autunno 2023
Battersea Power Station è una centrale elettrica a carbone ormai in disuso situata sulla riva sud del Tamigi, a Battersea, nell’area sud-ovest di Londra. Il sito comprende due centrali singole, costruite in due fasi successive e formanti un singolo edificio. La Battersea Power Station “A” è stata costruita negli anni ’30 e la Battersea Power Station “B” negli anni ‘50. Le due stazioni sono state costruite su un disegno identico e possiedono la ben nota forma con 4 camini. La stazione è il più grande edificio in mattoni d'Europa e si distingue in suo stile Art Deco e per le finiture interne e l'arredamento. La stazione poteva fornire fino a un quinto del fabbisogno elettrico di Londra. La stazione ha cessato di produrre energia elettrica nel 1983, ma nel corso degli ultimi 50 anni è diventato uno dei più noti punti di riferimento di Londra. La stazione deve la sua celebrità a numerose apparizioni culturali, tra cui la copertina dell’album “Animal” Pink Floyd del 1977 nella quale la stazione è stata fotografata con un maiale gonfiabile rosa che fluttua tra i due camini anteriori.

questo disegno è il secondo che ho realizzato ispirandomi all'artista di marine statunitense Frederick Judd Waught, è stato realizzato su carta liscia ad alta grammatura 220 gr/mq però utilizzando le splendide matite colorate Prismacolor. Grazie per tutti gli eventuali gradimenti!
