Struggling to get out and shoot at the moment, In the meantime another play in post, this time of a standard beach shot to make it more abstract. I’ve been inspired by people using ICM and when I can next get out that’s what I’m going to try to capture in camera! This is the basic vision but also trying to think of a way to give it my own twist - we’ll see!

This image has a little of everything. Summer milky-way arch, Aurora Borealis, an early Perseid meteor and the Andromeda Galaxy.
Shows the castle ruin "Löffelstelz" in Mühlacker - seen from a hillside in Enz valley. The castle is dated somewhere between 1200 and 1300 [1].

Do you feel that sometimes, the clouds in your long exposure night photos make the image? I'd like to think that's what happened here.
This is a real photo taken at night during a full moon, although it was partially covered by clouds. I set my tripod-mounted camera to a long exposure, keeping the shutter open for a long time while illuminating the rock and cactus with light, so the image is created in camera, and is not a post-processing creation. No pixels were harmed in this photo! :D

This picture was taken from the Empire State Building in NYC with Sony A7RIII and Samyang 14mm f2.8.
Last year I "tagged-along" on a photo excursion with a group of great photographers. We stopped in an area of northern Arizona called White Pocket. We arrived there shortly after a series of heavy rains created these wonderful reflection ponds throughout the area.
I had been to White Pocket 10+ years earlier and found this little tree accidently when I got lost. This time, I very deliberately sought it out again and was delighted to see a nice reflection pool right in front of it.

Un clàssic aquí a prop, tot i els dies que no paren de ploure vaig voler sortir, ni que fos aquí a la vora, a veure com estava la cascada del riu Pollós, crec que és el primer cop que la veig baixar amb tanta aigua. A la primavera li falta una mica de verd encara, en uns dies estarà al seu punt, però potser no baixarà tan potent pel desgel i les pluges. Aquest cop la foto la vaig fer des del pont, ja que plovia bastant i no volia posar-me dins de l’aigua. Tot i estar en alçada la cascadeta de primer pla té prou protagonis-me que ja era el que buscava.
