Producing a picture in Midjourney can be a very slow affair and this picture is a case in point. I produced the first picture using a prompt based around the subject wearing a Regency gown, but I 'rerolled' the prompt many times before I found a picture I was happy with.
Even then there were a number of imperfections so I used the 'variation' option, where you take the picture you're working on and create one or more pictures with slight variations on the picture you originally generated. I went through countless cycles of creating variations, variations of variations, and variations of variations of variations, before I finally saw a picture I was really happy with begin to emerge.
Even then I had to use Pixelmator to do a lot of touching up around the eyes (Midjourney can be terrible with eyes and hands for some reason) and this is the final, final, final result! I hope you like it.

Two pictures today inspired by the French painter Jean-Honoré Fragonard. This one is conventional, but the next is a bit more of a flight of fancy.
Usually when you create an image on Midrender you have to redo it a few times and then do some post-production to get it right. Occasionally (well, it's happened once!) the picture that's generated doesn't need any further work on it. This is that picture! Sometimes if you throw a curve ball at Midjourney it can come up with some beautiful results. For this picture I asked it to come up with 'hair made out of sunbeams'. I love the result! I'll show another variation later today.

It took Gustave Vigeland (1869-1943) more than 40 years to create his vision of humanity in a landscape setting. Walking between more than 200 life-size robust sculptures, made of granite, bronze, and wrought iron, is a breathtaking experience.
Vigeland had a general interest in human behavior and the circle of life: from kids to elderly people. The battle between the sexes is an important topic.

The southwest side of Barcelona's Passeig de Gràcia, between Carrer del Consell de Cent and Carrer d'Aragó, is the "Block of Discord" (Mansana de la Discòrdia). This name aptly describes the block's succession of strikingly different modernist buildings, each designed by a different architect. Lined up left to right are Lluís Domènech i Montaner's "Casa Lleó Morera" (1905), Enric Sagnier's "Casa Mulleras" (1906), Marceliano Coquillat's "Casa Bonet" (1901/1915), Josep Puig i Cadafalch's Casa Amatller (1900), and Antoni Gaudi's 1906 remodeling of "Casa Batlló" (1877).
This photo, which I took on March 10, 2017, hopefully provides an impression of the discord. On the left is Casa Amatller. In the middle is Casa Batlló. On the right, not usually counted as part of the Block of Discord, is a bank (CaixaBank Banca Privada).
