I decided to take a picture of a car speeding down this white road covering me in a cloud of white dust. So of course the driver slowed to a snail's pace....
This could of been due to 2 reasons, either the driver was being considerate, (highly unlikely), or the car had just returned from the cleaners.
From a couple of years back and previously posted in colour but worth a go in mono too I think.
This is the estate road leading into the Fisherfield Forest, one of the wildest and most inaccessible places in Britain.
If you ride the backroads of North Carolina for any length of time surely you will come across a dirt racing track for cars and trucks of one sort or another. Dirt tracks seem to be more common than collards patches in September.
Last Saturday we drove up to North Carolina’s Medoc State Park to attend a lecture and along the way we came upon a little gem called Clary’s Speedway. I wish I could tell you where it is exactly, but I had the GPS in my camera turned off.
Wanting to leave as much info for you as possible I Googled Clary's and found three different addresses; one in Hollister, one in Brinkleyville, and the last in Littleton.
Clever guy that I am I figured that the odds of having THREE tracks named Clary’s in this remote region were about 87.5 zillion to one so I am sure each website will lead you to this track.
