My 'dippy bird' lamps, which were removed in favour of plain fluorescent tubes. The lamps were beautiful with translucent glass shades with milky swirls marked 'Murano', but they were also really dim and the bulbs would blow quite regularly when I used the 'long life' type. I also replaced my Christmas lantern style Ikea lamp with a shorter fluorescent tube. Ironically, used to need every single bulb on - a total of 10 bulbs - to light up the living area. Now we just need any one of 3 fluorescent tubes.
Deeply dippy and endlessly and unconditionally loving Angela, the woman of my life, holds up a rosette as proud mum where Sky here , our horse, ridden by daughter Noami , came second in one of the show events today.
Note how much pink there is on Sky's nose and that is vulnerable to sun burn so she needs and has sun blocker on it !
At the end of the walk, Dippy decided that Flo-Jo's car was better than her own and hopped in.
