Origin: Scandinavia. Circa: 1850. Period: 19th Century. Rococo revival game table in Cuban mahogany with beautifully articulated pedestal base, backgammon felt-lined inner playing surface and two round surfaces that pull out for drinks. Game tables can be used through out the home. They can serve as mirrored console tables, lamp tables, they work well beneath paintings and as sofa tables, or as a small breakfast table for two. Origin: Austria. Circa: 1870. Period: 19th Century. A delightful 19th Century Walnut Occasional Table, Side Table with a wonderful Hand Beaded-Work surface. This quite uncommon Continental European piece will add charm and character to any surrounding. The bead work is protected with a sheet of glass. This piece most likely origins in Austria.
