GLI IMPEGNI E GLI APPUNTAMENTI.
Sembra incredibile che ancora oggi , nell’era degli Smartphone e Tablet , c’è chi ancora sceglie con piacere di acquistare un agenda cartacea per fissare gli appuntamenti , prendere appunti o segnare un recapito telefonico . Possono esserci vari motivi per scegliere una agenda cartacea : c’è chi preferisce affidarsi ad una penna (o matita) per scrivere i propri appunti invece di digitare su uno schermo , c’è chi apprezza lo stile più classico delle agende cartacee e c’è chi , avendo iniziato ad utilizzare un’agenda quando la tecnologia non era quella attuale , non vuole convertirsi all’utilizzo delle (sempre aggiornatissime ) App per cellulari .
Secondo il mio parere , è vero , ci sono diversi aspetti positivi nell’utilizzo delle agende tradizionali .

COMMITMENTS AND APPOINTMENTS.
It seems incredible that even today, in the Smartphone and Tablet era, there are those who still choose with pleasure to buy a paper diary to fix appointments, take notes or write a telephone number. There can be various reasons to choose a paper agenda: some people prefer to rely on a pen (or pencil) to write their own notes instead of typing on a screen, there are those who appreciate the more classic style of paper diaries and c ' is who, having started to use an agenda when the technology was not the current one, does not want to convert to the use of the (always up to date) mobile apps.
In my opinion, it is true, there are several positive aspects to using traditional agendas.

I'm not sure if to digit really is a verb, but even if technically correct, it rather obscure. Secret codes are for James Bond, not for my debit card. It does not inspire much confidence...
The whole sequence of screens was funny, but the glare made it pretty impossible to capture it. But I mean to come back with a better camera!
Update: I found this discussed on forum.wordreference.com/showthread.php?t=1902486&s=93.... Looks like the incorrect verb 'to digit' came from the italian digitare.

Salve a tutti! Sto provando a iniziare a mostrare alcune foto qui su flickr (e magari a non essere deriso). Non me la cavo molto bene ne con Photoshop ne con paintshop. Quindi vi presento una delle mie ultime fotografie proprio come è stata scattata. The city's on fire -titolo intraducibile in 10 minuti senza essere colpiti da un colpo di genio, nella speranza di comunicare il senso esatto - alla lettera, nel senso che la città è situata propro sulle fiamme emanate dalla candela profumata al mandarino.
