On Monday 3rd October, we welcomed our new cohort of the MSc in Digital Transformation Management & Leadership (MDT Class of 2024) at ESCP London Campus.
With 50 students representing 23 unique nationalities and an average working experience of 3 years, we cannot wait to see how they will innovate and co-create the unique learning experience on their path to becoming the digital innovators and tech experts that companies need. Fiona is a 33 year old Clonmel native. Fiona is currently working with vulnerable members of society as an Information Officer and Advocate with the Citizens Information Service. Day to day Fiona represents and empowers her service users to access their rights and entitlements. Fiona is passionate about equality and social justice and weaves these values into her everyday work. Fiona has worked in public facing roles throughout her career in retail, recruitment and as an Intreo service provider and is confident in her ability to collaborate effectively with others. As a millennial and IT graduate Fiona is comfortable using technology and is amazed to see how far tech and AI has come since she left the digital space in 2012 and excited to follow its continued progression into the future. In her free time Fiona has received Reiki Level 1 attunement and is hoping to continue into Level 2 in 2024. In her free time Fiona enjoys baking, reading and has recently learned to swim.

Themed 'At the Crossroads between Management and Technology', these free events gave attendees the opportunity to hear the latest on digital transformation and disruptive technology, and uncover crucial insights of how the leadership of the future will be impacted.
On 31st January, our schedule included 'Industry 4.0.: The Digital Transformation of the Value Chain in Fashion'. This roundtable was moderated by Valerie Moatti, Professor at ESCP Europe and Academic Director of the Lectra Chair Fashion & Technology, and welcomed key industry experts to share their knowledge:

Historically queries were recorded on paper in the Citizens Information Service. The paper queries were stored securely in locked filing cabinets and were transported then to Dublin where a central record of the query was kept. The data was collected and collated to give our finder a greater insight into the types of queries being answered and allowed the service to identify and feedback trends to the Government. Analysing the queries on a national basis also assisted with identifying triaging opportunities for staff. Social policy returns were recorded separately and also transported to Dublin to form a national picture. In recent times the service has transformed digitally to an online Content Management System called Oyster. This has allowed the funder to be able to analyse the queries in real time and allows for regular social policy feedback throughout the year. National trends are quickly identified and the service can move quickly to organise training for staff or to lobby representatives as necessary. It will be interesting to see what the next iteration of query recording will look like and how long it will be before we have a more intuitive system. www.citizensinformationboard.ie/en/publications/social_po...

On Monday 4th July 2022, we held an MSc Graduation Ceremony at the beautiful Maison de l'Amérique Latine in Paris, France for our MSc in Energy Management Class of 2022 and MSc in Digital Transformation Management & Leadership Class of 2022 and Class of 2021 students.
We extend our warm congratulations to all graduates and wish you all a tremendous success in your future endeavours!
