maps help clients visualize the journey between their values and the behaviors they use to avoid uncomfortable feelings. They are also used to explore trauma or significant life events. mine is surreal and abstract.. Like life has been at times.
For some time, I wanted to draw this singular building at the corner of Beaubien and St-Vallier, in Montreal. It seems that there used to be a drugstore (the Rx sign still there). But now it is all boarded up and there are no signs of life. It looks desolated, but it is actually in a busy neighborhood, just one block from the Beaubien subway station.

You can't have a Rainbow without a bit of rain. :) In this drawing, Lisa is somehow surrounded with butterflies in a rice terraces but not sure where. I have visited remote rice terraces before and the ecosystem supports varieties of roaming butterflies and fireflies. Being a hobbyist photographer since the early 2000's, I can sort of relate to the allure of camera gear. :) Nowadays, I just bring my Hasselblad 501c(with a 50mm and 80mm lens) and my tiny Sony rx100m4/dji osmo pocket during trips. :) This drawing idea was prepped up around 3-4 months ago and is around 35th in the long list of drawing ideas, lol. The higher the number in the list, the more difficult the drawing is and somehow the "force" thinks I'm ready for this, not sure what the rush is, pffft. Next drawing would be for Jisoo and after that is for Jennie in her... (no don't get the wrong idea, lol). Enjoy and take care! Drawn using ps cc, cintiq 24hd. Inspired from the original manga. In the manga, the gyro bike is one of Alita's arsenal given by Tiphares / Zalem, after being obliterated by Desty Nova.
Also, this is how I imagine IF James Cameron were to include the gyro bike in the second movie sequel. :D

The woman with the hottest eyes but now she has drawn her sword, careful, she could cut off your, you know 😭:). This drawing project took a while due to the planning stage, lol. Before I draw, I visualize it first in my mind with so many different possibilities but getting the right composition is difficult. It's not about running out of ideas but how to use the idea the right way :). This drawing project also uses my oldest technique, which is painting it directly in colour and picking the colours manually for each colour gradient or mixing it, etc, which can take longer but the results speak for itself, the drawing looks more lifelike and 3dimensional :). The sword blade material, not sure but it looks like it's made of a crystal material - the force wants it drawn this way :). Oh, that's not an airplane, it's a spacecraft and that's not an Uber Spacecraft, lol, it's just a Royal Escort Spacecraft, I think :). How long ago? No idea, haha, must be millions of years ago, lol.
