...after digging up all those cement blocks. I'm sitting on one and my feet are propped up on another one.
BTW, I don't think anybody likes these boots. All the pictures of them I've put up of them have remained low viewed. Tomorrow (monday) I'll be taking these boots on a deep woods exploration.
The foreman was having a hard time getting traction in the sandy wash. We solved the issue by having Jim and Rachel sit on the front and back of the Foreman, after that I had great traction and the rock moved easily.
A week after taking photos of my neighbor's puppy, it got ran over by a car. :( I'm glad I got some photos to give the girl who owned it.

The snow we see here had, at this point, been built up over several storms.. about one or two a week.. thus the snow bank is higher then the car.. and the mail box only barely above the bank.. I wanted to take pictures behind the house.. but the snow is really two deep to really make my way through...

At my friend Lauri's house yesterday... we went over for some fantastic outdoor play after a very chilly few weeks of "spring." Lunch and gal time was good too!

The 1940s main stand at The Northolme (or the KAL Group Stadium), home to Gainsborough Trinity Football Club, members of the Northern Premier League's Premier Division. Captured before an FA Cup first round tie, televised live by TNT Sports, with League Two's Accrington Stanley, who after extra time won 2-1.
The Northolme, laid out in the 1850s, was originally a cricket ground. In the early 1860s, several cricket clubs opted to take up football during the winter. The Northolme staged League football between 1896 and 1912. A total of 281 Football League games were played at The Northolme. The highest gate was 5,600 (versus Chelsea, 1911), the lowest 500 (versus Blackpool, 1902). The existing main stand, called the Victory Stand on completion, dates from circa 1945.
Gainsborough Trinity were formed, in 1873, as Trinity Recreationists, by the vicar of Holy Trinity Church, a George Langton Hodgkinson, who wanted to give his young parishioners something to do. Trinity's nickname, Holy Blues, reflects their origins and their traditional colours. Prior to securing Football League status, Trinity were members of the Midland Counties League then the Midland League.
