Okay, what we have here is work-in-progress on the digestive system of the pink & grey galah rendered in felt, crochet and embroidery. I'm going to paint and stitch on the wooden beads to represent sunflower seeds. The whole thing represents the cycle of life - a sunflower grows, a bird eats the seeds, smashes them up in its gizzard, excretes them ... and then fertilises the ground upon which the sunflower grows.
