CHERRY HEALTH: GET THE FACTS
Cherries are fat-, cholesterol- and sodium-free.
One cup of cherries is less than 90 calories.
That same cup of cherries has 3 grams of fiber, which aids in digestion, lowers cholesterol, controls blood sugar and can help with weight loss.

Wickham Place is the London home of Lord and Lady Southgate, their children and staff. Located in fashionable Belgravia it is a fine Georgian terrace house.
Today however, we are not in Wickham Place at all, but are out with Her Ladyship as she, her unmarried sister Freda, who is visiting from America, and her Ladyship’s friend Mrs. Chisholm, another well-heeled resident of Belgravia, enjoy the pleasurable Edwardian pursuit of Christmas shopping in Selfridge’s. They are in the biscuits and cakes section of the department store.
“So, this is why Harry* left America,” gasps Freda as she looks about the cavernous hall filled with the answer to her every whim and desire om display.
“And he has revolutionised the shopping experience in London, Freda.” adds Lady Southgate.
“What on earth do you mean, Vera?”
“Well, before Harry came along, you didn’t browse, darling.”
“Why that’s ridiculous Vera,” Freda laughs. “How on earth are you supposed to choose what you want.”
“Well,” Mrs. Chisholm chimes in. “I used to order from the Army and Navy Store’s catalogue.”
Freda looks quizzically at her sister.
“Mail order catalogue store, which takes care of everything and sends it all over the empire.” Lady Southgate explains quickly. “When I first married Richard,” she continues. “When I walked into Harrods or Marshall and Snelgrove, and I asked to look at something, it meant that I had to buy it.”
“But what if you didn’t want it?”
“You made sure that what you asked to look at was what you wanted,” Mrs. Chisholm explains matter-of-factly.
“And exchanges?” Freda asks.
“Frowned upon!” Lady Southgate adds.
“Definitely not the done thing.” Mrs. Chisholm adds in a solemn whisper.
“Well, thank goodness for darling Harry then!” Freda says with enthusiasm. “Let’s go Christmas shopping the American way then!”
“Now,” Lady Southgate says, walking up to a garlanded counter covered with elegant and brightly coloured tins. “I am looking for a nice tin of festive biscuits to give each of the housemaids.”
“What a peculiar notion,” Mrs. Chisholm says, chuckling as looking at Vera. “I alternate each year between giving my housemaids fabric to make themselves a new black or print dress to make sure they keep themselves looking decent**.”
“That doesn’t sound very festive, Mrs. Chisholm.” Freda remarks.
“Who said anything about ‘festive’, Miss Harrison. No, it’s my Christian duty to make sure that they are well clothed and presentable.”
“Within your own home Margaret, under the watchful eyes of your guests,” Lady Southgate adds critically.
“What they wear outside my home is of no consequence to me, so long as they don’t parade it on the street outside my front door.” Mrs. Chisholm blusters, riled at being seen to be stingy at Christmas by her friend and her sister.
“Well, in the Harrison household, back in New York,” Freda explains. “It has always been a tradition to give the servants a nice hamper of festive treats, every Christmas!” She nods firmly at her sister, who affirms in reply with an equally sturdy nod.
“Well that’s all well and good in America, Miss Harrison.” Mrs. Chisholm says. “But here in England,”
“Here in England I have enjoyed introducing a little bit of American tradition to my household.” Lady Southgate says resolutely. “I think it’s the least they deserve after all the hard work they do, day in day out.”
“Well,” Mrs Chisholm adds as an afterthought. “I provide their caps, aprons, and lace cuffs for my housemaids, which is far more than some mistresses I know do.”
However, the two American sisters are no longer listening to her as they look to the shelves lined with gaily coloured biscuit tins.
“Ah,” Lady Southgate exclaims. “Now, this is why I bought you here, Freda.”
“Not for the gowns, Vera?”
“Well, those too, but I wanted to send you home with a little slice of England.” She picks up a McFarlane Lang’s Christmas Cake in a beautifully decorated tin in her gloved hands.
“Oh I say! How terribly ‘Merrie England’!” Freda laughs in delight as she looks at the good luck horseshoe hanging amid a garland of Art Nouveau flowers on the lid of the tin.
“Merry Christmas Freda!”
“Merry Christmas Vera!”
The two American women laugh, whilst it is Mrs, Chisholm’s turn to look quizzically between the two.
*Harry Gordon Selfridge, Sr. was an American-British retail magnate who founded the London-based department store Selfridges. His twenty year leadership of Selfridge’s led to his becoming one of the most respected and wealthy retail magnates in the United Kingdom. He was known as the 'Earl of Oxford Street'.
**In Edwardian times, it was not uncommon for the mistress of a low wage paying house to give the maid material at Christmas to make herself two print dresses for morning uniform and two black dresses for evening uniforms.
This year the FFF+ Group have decided to have a monthly challenge called “Freestyle On The Fifth”. A different theme chosen by a member of the group each month, and the image is to be posted on the 5th of the month.
This month the theme, “Christmas magic” was chosen me.
For anyone who follows my photostream, you will know that I collect and photograph 1:12 size miniatures, so I thought that this slightly different scene, taking us away from domestic interiors to a commercial one to show the Edwardian love of excess, not least of all at Christmas, was a suitable choice. I also chose this for the theme because as a child, Christmas hampers of special foodstuffs only available for Christmas to, give and to receive, were very much a staple of Christmas.
You might think that it looks overly cluttered with tins of biscuits and cakes, but if you look at photographs from the Edwardian period, after the turn of the Twentieth Century, yet before the Great War, which is when the Wickham Place stories are set, you will find an abundance of clutter in Edwardian shops. It was a conscious decision by shopkeepers and owners to market as much and as many goods as they could to the wealthy upper and the middle-classes. As a result, every conceivable space was filled with merchandise from all over the world. Edwardian aristocrats, like Lord Southgate and his American wife followed the fashion set by their king, Edward VII, and ate lavish quantities of rich food. The early Edwardian era was also the start of the packaged food revolution, where tins of biscuits, cakes and chocolates became available, although only to the wealthy and the up-and-coming middle-classes. The working class still bought cheaper biscuits, often broken for the poorest because they were the cheapest, which they left the grocers with in paper bags. For the well-to-do, biscuit manufacturers like Huntley and Palmer, Peek Frean, and McVitie and Price produced extravagant biscuit tins which were beautifully decorated, or in some cases were even novelty items in themselves because of their shapes and patterns.

There are thirty-one different varieties of tinned biscuits and eight tinned cakes on display. All have been supplied by Shephard’s Miniatures or Beautifully Handmade Miniatures in England.

The two Christmas Cakes on display are also made by Karen Ladybug Miniatures in England, and they stand on real cranberry glass cake stands from Beautifully Hand Made Miniatures in Kettering in England. Beautifully Handmade Miniatures also made the plate of biscuits on the glass dish, and the MacFarlane Lang and Company Mistletoe Biscuits tin with contents.
The two Christmas trees to either side of the display are hand-made trees from dollhouse artisan suppliers in America.
McVitie's (Originally McVitie and Price) is a British snack food brand owned by United Biscuits. The name derives from the original Scottish biscuit maker, McVitie and Price, Ltd., established in 1830 on Rose Street in Edinburgh, Scotland. The company moved to various sites in the city before completing the St. Andrews Biscuit Works factory on Robertson Avenue in the Gorgie district in 1888. The company also established one in Glasgow and two large manufacturing plants south of the border, in Heaton Chapel, Stockport, and Harlesden, London. McVitie and Price's first major biscuit was the McVitie's Digestive, created in 1892 by a new young employee at the company named Alexander Grant, who later became the managing director of the company. The biscuit was given its name because it was thought that its high baking soda content served as an aid to food digestion. The McVitie's Chocolate Homewheat Digestive was created in 1925. Although not their core operation, McVitie's were commissioned in 1893 to create a wedding cake for the royal wedding between the Duke of York and Princess Mary, who subsequently became King George V and Queen Mary. This cake was over two metres high and cost one hundred and forty guineas. It was viewed by 14,000 and was a wonderful publicity for the company. They received many commissions for royal wedding cakes and christening cakes, including the wedding cake for Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip and Prince William and Catherine Middleton. Under United Biscuits McVitie's holds a Royal Warrant from Queen Elizabeth II.
Huntley & Palmers is a British firm of biscuit makers originally based in Reading, Berkshire. The company created one of the world's first global brands and ran what was once the world's largest biscuit factory. Over the years, the company was also known as J. Huntley & Son and Huntley & Palmer. Huntley and Palmer were renown for their ‘superior reading biscuits’ which they promoted in different varieties for different occasions, including at breakfast time. Biscuit varieties had similar patterned tins in different colour ranges to aid those who were unable to, or couldn’t, read!
Macfarlane Lang and Company began as Lang’s bakery in 1817, before becoming MacFarlane Lang in 1841. The first biscuit factory opened in 1886 and changed its name to MacFarlane Lang & Co. in the same year. The business then opened a factory in Fulham, London in 1903, and in 1904 became MacFarlane Lang & Co. Ltd. In 1948 it formed United Biscuits Ltd. along with McVitie and Price.

En cuanto daban las vacaciones en el cole mi hermana y yo solíamos ir al pueblo , una pequeña aldea cerca de Astorga (León).
Recuerdo perfectamente el día en que me compraron mi bici roja. La llené de pegatinas que me salían en los bollicaos. Se podría decir que estaba obsesionada con estar todo el día tirada en la calle con ella.
En el pueblo se pueden hacer cosas que no podía hacer en la ciudad. !Ir por la carretera!
El paisaje era espigas de trigo a ambos lados creciendo junto con otras flores silvestres. Rodeada de naturaleza inspiraba ese aire sintiéndome la reina del asfalto.
Recuerdo mi itinerario a la perfección. Cuando venía una curva, un desnivel, cuando había más cuesta y tenía que esforzarme un poco más, pero sobre todo cuando venía lo más flipante que era la bajada ¡Para ni siquiera tener que pedalear!

Rett syndrome is a developmental disorder. It is not a degenerative disorder.
Rett syndrome causes problems in brain function that are responsible for cognitive, sensory, emotional, motor and autonomic function. These can include learning, speech, sensory sensations, mood, movement, breathing, cardiac function, and even chewing, swallowing, and digestion.

Per cominciare, proviamo a non mangiare carne un giorno alla settimana! Secondo un calcolo della Lega anti vivisezione, a fine anno avremo risparmiato 910 metri quadri di foresta, 390 chili di cereali, 403.000 litri d’acqua e un bel po’ di gas serra.
In molti Paesi, come Stati Uniti e Inghilterra, i “lunedì senza carne” sono diffusi da tempo. In Italia c’è il “Mercoledìveg”!
Grassi buoni, grassi cattivi.
Gli studi degli esperti di tutti i Paesi sono concordi: molte patologie, tra cui le “malattie del benessere” – obesità e sovrappeso, ipertensione, diabete, problemi cardiovascolari – sono causate da una dieta ricca di carne e grassi animali. L’alimentazione migliore? Molti cereali, frutta e verdura fresche, legumi e, per condire, olio extravergine d’oliva.

1. Domesticated donkeys are found around the world; wild donkeys are seen only in North Africa.
2. In the UK, anyone wanting to keep a donkey must apply for a horse passport.
3. Donkeys have very efficient digestion, utilising up to 95 per cent of the energy they consume. This makes their poo not much use as a fertiliser.
4. A donkey can eat as much as 6,000lbs of food per year, which is why they are in such demand to keep grasslands under control.
5. Donkeys have been known to remember places they have been or other donkeys they met as much as 25 years earlier.
6. A male donkey is a “jack”, a female is a “jenny”.
7. A jack and a female horse may produce a mule, while a jenny and a male horse produce a hinny.
8. Matings between a zebra and a donkey have also been recorded and the offspring have been called “zebroid”, “zonkey” or “zeedonk”.
9. The large ears of a donkey help it hear another donkey up to 60 miles away across clear desert.
10. China has more donkeys than any other country, though they are threatened by the use of donkey skins in traditional medicine.
1) Donkeys bond and form lifelong friendships. Bonded donkeys enjoy doing lots of activities together, from mutual grooming to keeping watch while the other one sleeps. Donkeys can become distressed when they are separated and some bonds are so strong that even separating them over a stable door can cause them stress and upset.
2) Donkeys come in all shapes, sizes and colours. There are over 44 million donkeys worldwide and 186 breeds – from a Miniature Mediterranean donkey standing at 31 inches tall to the long, matted haired Poitou donkeys standing at 63 inches tall. The most common colour of a donkey is grey and the rarest colour is pure white.
3) The six sounds of the donkey. The bray is one of six sounds made by a donkey. The other sounds are a growl, grunt, squeal, whuffle and snort. The bray is the loudest and can travel over several kilometres and is individual to each donkey.
4) Donkey don’t smile they ‘flehmen’. Donkeys curl up their top lip and expose their front teeth, known as a ‘flehmen response’ when they find a new or interesting smell. The flehmen response helps transfer smells to an organ just above the roof of the mouth that processes new smells.

5) The legend of the cross. Most donkeys display a cross of dark coloured fur on their backs. This is a combination of a ‘dorsal stripe’ along their spines and a ‘shoulder stripe’ across their shoulders. Some believers see the cross-shaped marking as a symbol of the animal bearing Jesus into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday.
6) Donkeys help children to learn. In places like Ethiopia, Zimbabwe and Colombia donkeys bring education and spread the joy of reading to children by pulling makeshift mobile libraries, when otherwise books might not be accessible.
7) In times of war. Donkeys have worked on the frontline carrying wounded soldiers and supplies. Their presence can mean the difference between life and death. John Simpson Kirkpatrick was enlisted in the Australian Imperial Force and worked as a stretcher bearer in Gallipoli in Turkey. John found a stray donkey on the beaches, which helped to carry 300 casualties from the front line. The donkey was awarded the RSPCA Australian Purple Cross for animal bravery.
8) Eco donkeys. In desert areas, feral and wild donkeys dig to access groundwater, providing a vital lifeline for smaller animals such as birds and chipmunks.
9) The bond between donkeys and humans is closer than you think. Research has shown that a donkey’s heart rhythm can synchronise with, and even influence those of a human when they interact. Because these heart rhythms reflect how we’re feeling, a donkey’s calming mood can reduce a person’s anxiety. The limbic system, the part of a donkey’s brain associated with emotion, behaviour, motivation and memory, is the same size as that of a human.
10) The white van. In many parts of the world, donkeys are the equivalent of our white van, family car, school bus, ambulance and tractor, all rolled into one. Owning a donkey can be a lifeline to families, and a donkey can even support entire communities by helping with essential daily tasks – from fetching water for the village to transporting goods to market.

I wish I had no worries and could sleep the day away. Nothing like just eating and sleeping. Oh there is one more thing they do but I won't mention anything about the disposal of their food after digestion. It's just somewhere out in our yard. Have a nice weekend everyone! LOL!
Ornamental grasses are something I'd love to have all over our xeriscape (gravel and drought resistant plants) back yard. Unfortunately, Benni would too and for a different reason. She can't pass a bush without grabbing a long strand or two to eat! I have to take them out of her mouth because they don't agree with her digestion.

USOS EN MEDICINA NATURAL:
Las dalias silvestres son conocidas comúnmente con el nombre de acocoxochitl por los pueblos indígenas de México, (acoco=hueco, xochitl=flor, flor de tallo hueco), pero poca gente sabe que posee grandes propiedades alimenticias para el consumo humano, comentó José Merced Mejía Muñoz, jefe del departamento de floricultura de la institución académica.
Después de varios estudios se dieron cuenta de que la raíz de esta planta no sólo se reproduce con facilidad, sino que es comestible y un alimento funcional que en sus raíces tienen una concentración de carbohidratos superior al 70%, un aporte de proteínas que llega al 12%, y fibra cruda de hasta un 17%.
Los carbohidratos, refieren los autores del estudio, son aprovechados por la flora benéfica del intestino, lo que ayuda a facilitar la digestión y permite la absorción de calcio, magnesio y otros minerales. Además, contiene ácido benzoico en sus raíces y fuertes cantidades de antioxidantes en sus flores.
El potencial de la inulina
En tanto la estructura de la inulina que se encuentra en sus tubérculos es parecida al almidón, y cuando es consumida por el organismo humano no es digerida, debido a que no cuenta con las enzimas necesarias para su degradación, y por ello no suben los niveles de glucosa en la sangre.
La raíz de esta planta se puede comer en infinidad de platillos. Su preparación es como la de cualquier tubérculo, se cuece en agua sin ningún otro condimento. El agua se puede utilizar como té y luego de quitar la cáscara que envuelve el tubérculo se pica en cubos pequeños para combinarla y preparar diferentes platillos.
El sabor, señalan los investigadores, es peculiar, parecido a una mezcla de apio, alcachofa y jicama.

The Capercaillie is a stunning bird, albeit he can be a bit aggressive at times but after all he is only defending his territory. We observed his for some time with another photographer as he displayed, giving some classic images.
After a while though he started going about his daily routine of eating pine needles, drinking water and eating grit which is what he eats to aid digestion. This gave the opportunity for some behaviour images rather than the classics.
He spent about 15 minutes eating grit and then a similar time drinking at a nearby marshy area, he then wandered off into the forest presumably to patrol his patch.
It was a privilege to spend time with this bird; I just hope my visit did not stress him out and that he did not find my presence too annoying.
This light was really poor which is presumably why there were not more photographers about so some images were taken as high as ISO 4000.

1. Domesticated donkeys are found around the world; wild donkeys are seen only in North Africa.
2. In the UK, anyone wanting to keep a donkey must apply for a horse passport.
3. Donkeys have very efficient digestion, utilising up to 95 per cent of the energy they consume. This makes their poo not much use as a fertiliser.
4. A donkey can eat as much as 6,000lbs of food per year, which is why they are in such demand to keep grasslands under control.
5. Donkeys have been known to remember places they have been or other donkeys they met as much as 25 years earlier.

1) Donkeys bond and form lifelong friendships. Bonded donkeys enjoy doing lots of activities together, from mutual grooming to keeping watch while the other one sleeps. Donkeys can become distressed when they are separated and some bonds are so strong that even separating them over a stable door can cause them stress and upset.
2) Donkeys come in all shapes, sizes and colours. There are over 44 million donkeys worldwide and 186 breeds – from a Miniature Mediterranean donkey standing at 31 inches tall to the long, matted haired Poitou donkeys standing at 63 inches tall. The most common colour of a donkey is grey and the rarest colour is pure white.
3) The six sounds of the donkey. The bray is one of six sounds made by a donkey. The other sounds are a growl, grunt, squeal, whuffle and snort. The bray is the loudest and can travel over several kilometres and is individual to each donkey.
4) Donkey don’t smile they ‘flehmen’. Donkeys curl up their top lip and expose their front teeth, known as a ‘flehmen response’ when they find a new or interesting smell. The flehmen response helps transfer smells to an organ just above the roof of the mouth that processes new smells.

5) The legend of the cross. Most donkeys display a cross of dark coloured fur on their backs. This is a combination of a ‘dorsal stripe’ along their spines and a ‘shoulder stripe’ across their shoulders. Some believers see the cross-shaped marking as a symbol of the animal bearing Jesus into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday.
6) Donkeys help children to learn. In places like Ethiopia, Zimbabwe and Colombia donkeys bring education and spread the joy of reading to children by pulling makeshift mobile libraries, when otherwise books might not be accessible.
7) In times of war. Donkeys have worked on the frontline carrying wounded soldiers and supplies. Their presence can mean the difference between life and death. John found a stray donkey on the beaches, which helped to carry 300 casualties from the front line. The donkey was awarded the RSPCA Australian Purple Cross for animal bravery.
8) Eco donkeys. In desert areas, feral and wild donkeys dig to access groundwater, providing a vital lifeline for smaller animals such as birds and chipmunks.
9) The bond between donkeys and humans is closer than you think. Research has shown that a donkey’s heart rhythm can synchronise with, and even influence those of a human when they interact. Because these heart rhythms reflect how we’re feeling, a donkey’s calming mood can reduce a person’s anxiety. The limbic system, the part of a donkey’s brain associated with emotion, behaviour, motivation and memory, is the same size as that of a human.
10) The white van. In many parts of the world, donkeys are the equivalent of our white van, family car, school bus, ambulance and tractor, all rolled into one. From the Analogy ("The Matrix") page you learned that certain alchemist's authors praise Lucifer. And it doesn't stop there. It extends to their symbolism as well. It is important to STRESS that not all Masons worship Lucifer, only the top 5% do. Most of these writings were kept secret. Biblical admonition has been taken carefully, comparing alchemics teachings to the Holy Bible. In I John 4:1, we read: "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try (test) the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world." We see that any religious teaching that does not conform to Scripture is from a "false prophet." Many people still do not understand the importance of studying this subject to its logical conclusion. Their spiritual freedom is at stake. Remember two things about alchemy: "Cut through the outer shell and find a meaning; cut through that meaning and find another; under it, if you dig deep enough, you may find a third, a fourth -- who shall say how many teachings?" Many who are in alchemy are not aware that they are lied to. Alchemits used Luciferic symbols within the layout of government center Washington D.C. worship Lucifer, the Light-Bearer. The average Mason is continually saying that he is "seeking the Light," and will spend his entire life "moving toward the Light." People who haven't studied this subject would assume that this "Light" is the revelation of the God of the Bible. This statement is continuously held up to try to convince us that Masonry is Christian. In the above quote, Albert Pike is saying that Lucifer is the One who bears the Light of Alchemy. The sentence immediately preceding confirms not only that Lucifer is the Light-bearer, but that alchemys of previous degrees have been led to believe that the opposite was true. The wording of this sentence is difficut to understand unless you have special knowledge. Doc Marquis was asked for his explanation, lets look at what he had to say:, "The Apocalypse is, to those who receive the nineteenth Degree, the Apotheosis of that Sublime Faith which aspires to God Alone, and despises all the pomps and works of Lucifer." [Ibid.] It seems to contradict the sentence first quoted above, It appears to contradict the quote above where Pike identifies Lucifer as the Masonic Light-bearer. However when you understand the esoteric explanation from Doc Marquis, your understanding clears up completely.
The Apocalypse is identified first by Pike as being the Book of Revelation written by the Apostle John. Pike then states that similar books from other religions are just as 'inspired' as Revelation, mentioning Plato, Philo, the Sephar Yezirah, and the Sohar. Pike says all three of these books -- Apocalypse [Revelation], the Sephar Yezirah, and the Sohar, are all identically "inspired." And since the last two books are of non-Christian faiths, Albert Pike is saying that the contents of Revelation are no big deal. Therefore, it is no big deal that the Book of Revelation denigrates the "pomp and works" of Satan, since the God of that book is known to hate Satan.
Pike then says that these three books "are the completest embodiment of Occultism." [Ibid.] Now, we understand that Pike views the God of the Apocalypse as being the opposite but equal to Satan just as typical Occultists believe and teach!
Secondly, Doc Marquis provides the esoteric, occultic, explanation. Pike is also saying in this sentence that, in the previous 18 degrees, alchemists believed that God was the Light-bearer, but now, in this 19th Degree, Pike is giving them new revelation. This insight completely squares with stated Masonic policy of deliberately misleading alchemists in the lower degrees until they were really ready for the "truth." This is the truth -- MasonLucifer: A must to Knowledge.ry worships Lucifer. PIKE'S TYPICAL SATANIC PHRASE -- OUT WHERE EVERYONE CAN SEE Concrete evidence is then given by Pike of alchemist's worship of Satan/Lucifer on the very front of the cover of Morals and Dogma. Pike writes a Latin phrase just below the round seal of "God," this is a phrase proven to be Satanic. Any "Satanic brother" looking at this phrase would know that the contents of this book are Satanic. They would also understand that the entire religion of alchemy is Satanic. "DEUS MEUMQUE JUS" is this phrase. The literal meaning is "God and My Right" Doc Marquis says this statement is a typical one within Satanism. There is one meaning within another with this statement. The first meaning is that the Freemason can depend upon their God to determine their Right and Justice. The second meaning is, since the God of Freemasonry is Lucifer, Achemitss are saying that they are "using occult methods," through Lucifer, to achieve their Rights and Justice. This phrase is very powerful and dangerous within Saanism says Marquis. A Satanist knows the content within Pike's book is Satanism just by reading, "DEUS MEUMQUE JUS." They don't even have to read the book, just the phrase to know.

Once the Alchemists learns to control his emotion and to apply the "dynamo of living power," the Mason can be assured of being able to control the "seething energies of Lucifer" in his hands. He makes the admission that Alchemy is the Craft, which is an old name for Witchcraft. Satanists are assured that, if they will join the coven and learn the Craft, he will control the supernatural power of Satan, just as Manly P. Hall promises here. As you can see, they have exposed themselves. Powerful proof that Alchemy is Satanism. The language is direct and clear. It is not cluttered with deliberately confusing arcane language that only an insider can understand.
REVELATIONS OF TUBAL-CAIN Please take note that Hall makes reference to Tubal-Cain, above. We need to review this sentence because it too reveals Satanism. The Alchemist must "follow in the footsteps of his forefather, Tubal-Cain, who with the mighty strength of the war god hammered his sword into a plowshare." In the Alchemic Quiz Book, the candidate is asked this question: "Who was Tubal Cain?" Answer: "He is the Vulcan of the pagans." William P. Peterson. The Arcane Schools: A Review of their Origin and Antiquity: With a General History of Alchemy and Its Relation to the Theosophic Scientific and Philosophic Mysteries, Belfast, Ireland, William Tait, 1909, p. 30; also found in A. R. Chambers, Editor, Questions and Tubal-Cain is the password given in the Third Degree of Master Alchemist . You can identify Alchemy with paganism within this sentence. But what is the meaning of the Vulcan of the pagans? A very important question because Manly P. Hall advises the Mason that, once he has the seething energies of Lucifer in his hands, he is to walk in Tubal-Cain's footsteps.
Hall makes it sound like Tubal-Cain is one of the Greek gods, does he not? And, we know conclusively that Tubal-Cain is Vulcan of the Pagans. Let us review who Vulcan of the pagans is, by looking within occult sources. "Vulcan was a sun deity who was associated with fire, thunderbolts and light. The festival in honor of him was called the Vulcania in which human sacrifices were offered." [Percival George Woodcock, Short Dictionary of Mythology, New York, Philosophical Library, p. 152]. "According to Diel, he bears a family relationship to the Christian devil." [J.E. Cirlot, translated by Jack Sage, A Dictionary of Symbols , New York, Dorset Press, 1991, p. 362]. "It is fascinating to know that he married Venus, another name for Lucifer or the devil ." [Woodcock, op. cit., p. 150-151; Emphasis added] Manly P. Hall tells the Mason that he can have the seething energies of Lucifer in his hands, and then tells him to follow in the footsteps of the "Christian devil," to whom "human sacrifices" are offered. THE INFERNAL NAMES There may be some people who have read up to this point and still might be skeptical. Masonry cleverly masks its references to Satan. There are 77 names which pagans have used to refer to Satan over the centuries and they are in the Satanic Bible. We'll review some of these "Infernal Names" of Satanism found within Alchemy [Satanic Bible, Anton LaVey, p. 144-46]
We shall list the Freemason teaching on each of these names, and then the explanation. Baphomet -- "The Gnostics held that it [universal agent] composed the igneous [pertaining to fire] body of the Holy Spirit, and it was adored in the secret rites of the Sabbat or the Temple under the hieroglyphic figure of Baphomet or the hermaphroditic goat of Mendes ." [Pike, op. cit., p. 734, teaching of the 28th Degree; Emphasis added] It find absolutely incredible that the Freemasons should portray the Holy Spirit with the Satanic symbol, Baphomet.
Eliphas Levi created this symbol, one of the foremost Satanists and Alchemists of all time. The Baphomet is one of the most evil of all symbols. Looking closely at the Baphomet(left) you will see that the emphasis is on sex. This Being is androgynous -- both male and female -- you can see it has the breasts of a woman, and an erect phallus. You'll notice that the erect phallus has two serpents coiled around it. The Baphomet has the head of a "Horned Goat," another title for Satan.Alchemic and Occult Symbols Illustrated is a book in which Dr. Burns says, "In a book on witchcraft, The Complete Book of Witchcraft and Demonology ... the caption states that he is 'the horned god of the witches, symbol of sex incarnate'." [p. 51] And if you look at his right hand you will see Baphomet making the sign of the Devil's triad. "Baphomet is also known as the Sabbatic goat, in whose form Satan is to be worshipped at the Witches' Sabbath." [Frank Gaynor, Dictionary of Mysticism, New York, Philosophical Library, 1953, p. 24]. Then, we discovered that Baphomet is officially approved as a symbol of the Church of Satan [The Occult Emporium, Winter , 1993-1994, p. 54] and that it is worn by the Priest of Satan [Ibid., 1990-1991, p. 26]. Since Albert Pike linked Baphomet with the Goat of Mendes , we will show this obviously Satanic symbol, as well. It should also be noted that from the way a pentagram is normally seen(one point up, two down), rotating the pentagram 33 degrees you get a Satanic Pentagram. 33 is the highest degree there is in Alchemy.

Dieu a prévu que l’Homme est appelé à jouir de la Connaissance, à l’acquérir et à accéder à la toute puissance sur la création que lui confère la Connaissance (ce qu’il n’a pas oublié de faire depuis). Mais le résultat du passage de l’interdit et de la prise de Liberté de l’Homme, a pour conséquence la MORT. Cette mort qui est le début du cycle de transmutation de la création de l’Homme et de Dieu lui-même, impossible sous tutelle et sans liberté. Cette mort acquise par transgression, devient un élément de la mise en marche du cycle cosmique, VIE-MORT, et donc de la possibilité de changement. L’Homme doit passer d’un état passif, jouir de la Connaissance, à un état actif, Connaître, en passant par la prise de possession de la Connaissance. Le but à atteindre est la divinité de l’Homme, qui ayant cueilli les fruits de la Connaissance, doit en transmuter la substance afin de s’en approprier les principes avant que d’accéder à l’Immortalité que lui confèrera l’état de Connaissant. En fait, le Serpent « LUCIFER » l’Homme et la Femme, participent à l’Unité en nous ramenant à l’UN. L’acte de rébellion consenti par Dieu, permet à l’Homme une amélioration sous forme de réintégration de sa propre divinité. Les égrégores Dieu et Lucifer, sont les inconscients de l’Homme. La Connaissance a offert la liberté de choisir entre le Bien et le Mal et donc d’évoluer sur l’arbre de Vie. LUCIFER libère l’homme de la tutelle de Dieu parce que Dieu l’a voulu. Cette Connaissance mystique des anciens Initiés (Isis, Eleusis, Dionysos, Pythagore) qui évoque la conception de la présence, en l’Homme, d’une étincelle divine dans le Monde soumis au destin, à la naissance et à la mort, et qui doit être réveillée par la contrepartie du Soi pour être finalement réintégrée dans le Tout Universel.

Niveau de l’Esprit : les Psychiques, qui ont fait évoluer leur intellect et leur affectif, mais leurs mots n’aboutissent pas à l’idée claire et juste car l’intolérance, les passions et la peur, les aveuglent.
Niveau de l’Ame ou du Spirituel : les Pneumatiques qui sont les mystiques éclairés et initiés, ayant abandonné les préjugés, les fausses certitudes et valeurs, libres de la pesanteur de la matière. Ils sont capables de retrouver le sens perdu de la Parole et ont accès à la Gnose en s’élevant au niveau du spirituel.
Cette Gnose permet d’opérer la métamorphose de l’Homme et sa mutation interne.

LUCIFER : PASSAGE OBLIGE VERS LA CONNAISSANCE

Dieu et LUCIFER, lumière et obscurité sont les deux facettes de cette réalité suprême qui n’est qu’un.LUCIFER est la réflexion de Dieu à l’intérieur de nous même, l’ombre de notre Etre Divin en nous même. L’influx Luciférien est une force sans laquelle la Terre n’aurait pu poursuivre son évolution. La chute du grain de blé et son implantation en cette Terre, lui donnent une particulière chance d’éclosion : celle de devenir Dieu. Celui qui veut monter doit d’abord descendre, la chute hors du Monde de Lumière, l’exil et le combat dans le Monde de l’Aveuglement et de l’Ignorance, permet la triomphale rédemption finale.
LUCIFER et CHRIST sont complémentaires, ils sont les Ténèbres et la Lumière, le Pentagramme pointe en bas évoquant la Connaissance transcendante qui renvoie à la quête d’immortalité et d’absolu pour LUCIFER et pointe en haut pour CHRIST dont la rédemption lui permet l’accès au Divin.
Mais alors, lorsque le Compagnon voit pour la première fois l’Etoile Flamboyante, celle-ci ne devrait elle pas être pointe vers le bas et ne se redresser que lorsqu’il passe des Ténèbres à la Lumière, qu’il renaît HIRAM ?
Le sceau de Salomon est explicite, un Triangle vers le haut et un Triangle vers le bas ce qui permet à l’Homme Luciférien de se positionner au centre, pas encore pneumatique mais plus du tout Hylique. Un peu comme le positionnement du Maître maçon qui, une fois la transmutation opérée, est passé de l’Equerre au compas mais revient se positionner au centre pour parfaire son évolution spirituelle.
Albert Pike Maître alchimiste du XIX ème Siècle avait déjà largement compris la nécessité du passage obligé par l’instruction Luciférienne et avait dit à ce propos, je cite : « Pour les F :. M :. Gnostiques, le G.A.D.L.U est Lucifer, »le porteur de Lumière ». L'Alchimie devrait être maintenue dans la pureté de la doctrine luciférienne « (sic).
Mais le Connaissant n’en est pas pour autant un Sage. Le savoir pouvant donner le pouvoir, l’évolution spirituelle de l’Homme se fera en fonction de la bonne ou mauvaise utilisation qu’il en fera. Il se doit de dompter son savoir et de le faire évoluer de la Matière vers l’Esprit, de l’Equerre vers le Compas en faisant que le Compas reste ouvert sur l’Equerre, de LUCIFER vers le DIVIN.
« Il est de la nature de la Lumière de ne pouvoir paraître à nos yeux sans être revêtue de quelque corps et il faut que ce corps soit propre aussi à recevoir la Lumière.
Là où donc est la Lumière, là doit être aussi nécessairement le véhicule de cette lumière. Voila le moyen le plus facile pour ne point errer. Cherche donc la Lumière de ton Esprit, la Lumière qui est enveloppée dans les Ténèbres et apprends de là que le sujet le plus vil de tous les ignorants est le plus noble selon les Sages » (BOUDDHA)
