Although I'm occasionally accused of taking landscape photography too seriously, the same could never be said about my wildlife shots. These thirsty sheep enjoy quenching Welsh water on a hot spring day. But with a little imagination, perhaps the parent is showing her youngster how to play the didgeridoo.

Trio featuring this bloke playing an Australian aboriginal wind instrument, electric guitar and drums...how weird?!?!

-Maybe it is from my rich Auntie from Sydney, said Didgeridoo.

-NO, said GrosLapin, it looks that it comes from the USA...

I have to admit, I kinda stole this idea... see www.flickr.com/photos/7977277@N02/2430379414/ for the original.

I swear I'm not smoking!!! I'm trying to play a didgeridoo, an aboriginal Australian instrument made from bamboo. It's cool sounding when played properly. I managed to produce a large farting noise.

On the first day of December this guy was sitting in the crowded streets. He didn't mind the cold weather, instead he played beautiful songs with his Didgeridoo and drum.

Our art collective, Pataphysical Studios, is presenting an exhibit on the “Pataphysics of Dada” at the Canessa Gallery in San Francisco, on November 3-12, 2016. It is part of the Dada World Fair, organized by City Lights to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Dada art movement.

We also hosted a few special events along with this exhibit. On November 5th, we presented “Pata Dada Ha Ha!”, an evening of art, theater, music and poetry, with a wondrous array of special guests. So many people came that night that we ended up hosting two half-hour shows, at 6:30 and 7:30pm.

This photo set covers both shows, as well as exhibit hours on Saturday, November 5, 4-8pm -- including “Ubu’s Dreams”, a shadow puppet show performed by Drs. Zboon, Fabio and Mechano.

Our half-hour presentation was hosted by Dr. Zboon, and featured these artists:

• Mary March (DadaDeck of Cards)

• Allison Lovejoy (Accordion)

• Deborah Sciales (Fashion Statements)

• Erik Davis (PataDad Rap)

• Drs. Figurine and Canard (Theremin + Didgeridoo)

• Ernesto Sanchez (Mask Dance)

• Ubu’s Dreams (Shadow Puppet Show)

• Beth Custer (Clarinet)

• Stephen Kent (Didgeridoo)

Between shows, we greeted our guests with a shot of absinthe -- and introduced as a new collection of patadada paintings, sculptures and mobiles. We also invited them to sit down and interact with the Pataphysical Slot Machine, our poetic oracle.

We’re very grateful to our gracious hosts Dr. Zack and Prof. Peet for inviting us to present our work in this very special space.

Photos in this set were taken by Fabrice Florin with Dr. Canard, Janey Fritsche, Edward Janne and some of our guests. Merci.
