Online dictionaries such as Wikipedia and Merrian Webster Online allow people to access information with the click of a button. Online dictionaries are helping to create the global village because the meanings of words can be accessed and understood globally. However, the digital divide still keeps many countries from being able to access this information.
There's the old story about someone taking a dictionary with them to work everyday in order to do a bit of self improvement. If now we can only get our young people to understand that information doesn't always come "on-line"

Just as there are "Social Media Experts" there's another million or so people on Twitter re-tweeting links about social media. Thank You Urban Dictionary as always you've hit the nail on the head.
I thought a good first step would be to define the word research which somebody said could be found in this book called the 'Dictionary'. Unfortunately I never got to whatever chapter it must've been in. Personally I felt the book lacked a strong narrative.

My thesis has been on my mind more than anything lately. I pretty much need a finished set by the end of this month to feel confident enough about being ready for the shows in April & May.
My thesis has taken a turn for the better. It's become an outlet for how I feel. I was really worried and uninspired a month ago and now I'm just eager to get the photographs completed.

I made this picture for my blog, the article being a recollection of protesting an Autism Speaks fundraiser. The picture is a close-up of a dictionary, focused on two definitions of the word asshole. The person pictured on right is Matt Asner, executive director of the Autism Speaks Los Angeles branch. The joke is that his face is the picture in the dictionary next to the word asshole.
It's snowing here in New York. In honor of the freakish weather, I thought it'd be funny to take a picture of what happens during the winter time here in Brooklyn. Can you believe that this person REMOVED the AC unit but left the book all winter? I find it so funny. I wonder if they'll use it again come summer.

I found the translation "catlick" but no circumscription of what it is.
