In general you don't want the horizon to be exactly in the middle of the photo, because that will make a boring picture. However, this one is rather interesting I think. The clouds and heather bushes make a nice diagonal from the lower left to the upper right corner. But still you could argue that the photo would have been stronger with the horizon at 1/3 or 2/3 of the photo. Although, what would you sacrifice the heather or the clouds?
