Inside the Visitors Center. I love this painting that depicts the Indian legend about the tower.

 

Some Indian maidens were being chased by a giant spirit bear and prayed to the Great Spirit to rescue them. The Great Spirit lifted up the ground they were on so that the bear couldn't reach them. The bear clawed all around the mountain trying in vain to get to the girls.

 

We bought a kids' puzzle with this image on it.
