Devil's Club, Oplopanax horridus, grows in moist areas all over the Pacific Northwest. On occasion I have had to pull thorns of this plant from my hands. Often after returning home. Thorns break off easy and are sometimes below the skin level. Photo taken along, the around the lake trail at Lost Lake Oregon near Mount Hood.

Teasing gaps between the clouds up on Devil's Dyke this evening, but the sun rays were few and far between

Photographed at Devils Garden in Arches National Park in Utah, USA. This park has a large number of weathered rock formations and many stone arches. In a spectacular and beautiful desert setting.

I've tried and tried to get a good photo of this flower. Unfortunately a tiny breeze today made this photo almost perfect instead of outstanding. Oh well. Enjoy what I got.

“This life is for loving, sharing, learning, smiling, caring, forgiving, laughing, hugging, helping, dancing, wondering, healing, and even more loving. I choose to live life this way. I want to live my life in such a way that when I get out of bed in the morning, the devil says, 'aw shit, he's up!” ~ Steve Maraboli

Devils Hollow, a green space property managed by Allegheny Land Trust in the Pittsburgh area. Thank you!

Can't take credit for the concept of this one as I saw another camera club member taking the shot. I the proceeded to annoy everyone with my 14mm lens as I had to be almost inside it to get the framing I wanted.

The Tasmanian Devil is Australia's largest carnivorous marsupial and currently threatened by a terrible disease. Devils@Cradle is a wonderful little sanctuary that are doing great work with a breeding program to protect the species.
