Food items include Deviled Eggs, the Dirty French—it's like french onion soup poured over a burger (burger topped with Gruyere cheese, Caramelized Onion, Au Poivre Sauce & Mornay Sauce), and the Goetta Breakfast (Cincinnati's Famous Oatmeal Sausage with hashbrowns and two sunny side up eggs. wash it down with a Bloody Mary.

Pork Chop recipe from Cooking Tonight that I modified (Asiago Cheese Chops) along with mashed potatoes, steamed green beans, and deviled eggs.

They are a holiday staple in our home.

And snacking on them while I make more.

On June 1, our condo building's social committee hosted a happy hour sponsored by one of the newest businesses in our neighborhood: Fixe (500 W. 5th St., on the ground floor of the IBC Bank plaza). The staff presented us with several appetizers to sample and share with fellow 360 Condos attendees. Here, Mike helps himself to one of the huge deviled eggs (served with fermented cabbage, smoked trout roe, and grated ham); next to the eggs is a jar of ''Sweet Tea Pickles'' (assorted pickled veggies).

Again, I'm pretty sure Great-Aunt Trina is the one who's more excited here.
