The tasmanian devils were so cute. This feisty little girl gave the volunteer what for the whole time he was in there. She seemed ferocious at first, but the volunteer explained it was ritualized threat behavior and didn't really mean anything. After you took that into account you could see that her growling and hollering were more perfunctory than serious.
A labyrinth of enormous fens makes the Devils Garden trail to Double O Arch one of the best things to do in Arches. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Trail at Devil's Millhopper
The 117 foot (36 m) deep, 500 foot (152 m) across sinkhole got its name from its similar appearance to the hopper of a mill, along with the bones found at the bottom, suggesting
animals entered it on the way to meeting the devil. The site was purchased by the state in 1974, and a set of 232 wooden steps, along with boardwalks and an observation deck at the bottom were completed in 1976.
A narrow cleft in the rock with a waterfall within. Apparently this is how you get down from the Glyders...

I've been wanting to post this one for a long time... but I never got around to scanning the print until now. This was taken with my Nikon FE2 manual focus SLR and a 50 mm Nikkor f/1.8 prime lens, ISO 400 Kodak color print film, f 5.8 at 1/30 (I think... I can't recall the actual shutter speed). This was at the King William Parade, a FIESTA SA event in San Antonio, Texas.

, One day while walking to my hotel room in Granada I passed by the room of Lauren, Katie and Emily. They asked me if I wanted to see something shocking. Something, that would cause my blood to freeze and my bones to grow cold.
Skeptically, I entered their room and surveyed the scene. Seconds later, I would never be the same.I could not believe my eyes. An actual demon had possessed their grocery bag.
I ran to my room to get my camera to document this phenomenom that can only be described as, Devil Bag. A real life grocery bag, posessed by the soul of Satan himself.
Be afraid. Be very afraid.
