Description (provided by donor): Members of the Missouri National Guard's Agri-Business Development Team drink chi with the Lal Por sub-governor and members of his staff while discussing the region's agricultural needs at the District Center. The team, part of an effort spearheaded by the Missouri guard, is the second such unit to deploy to aid Afghanistan's agricultural industry in the Nangarhar Province.

-- This photograph was submitted to the Official Manual of the State of Missouri ("Blue Book") 2009-2010 Missouri in Motion photograph contest. The Blue Book contest is run every two years by the Office of Secretary of State. After the contest judging, the entries are transferred to the Missouri State Archives (that's us!) for permanent retention.
