Agribusiness Development Activity is aimed at the transformation from ineffective subsistence farming to commercial, profitable agribusiness through the disbursement of matching grants and the provision of technical and market information assistance. Grants are awarded through competition on the co-financing basis for the development of small value-adding enterprises, farm service centers, value chain and primary production in any region of Georgia. The project will help develop agribusiness and create new job opportunities.

This public fórum, held on 23 April 2018 in Maputo, shared the results of the report on the business landscape for Mozambican manufacturing firms.
The event shed light on the current challenges faced by micro-, small- and medium-sized firms in the country’s manufacturing sector — and how policy can tackle these issues to allow firms to thrive. Special attention was paid to the business environment in which these enterprises operate.

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC - New Hanover County is pleased to announce that an open house will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2015, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the government center, 230 Government Center Drive, Suite 110, for all customers and other interested parties.
The purpose of the open house is to debut the newly reorganized and remodeled development services area. The area will features a kid-friendly area, and exhibits on loan from the Cape Fear Museum including “A View from Space” and the nature photography of pioneer ecologist, B.W. Wells.
Coffee and donuts will be served and tours will be conducted. The open house will also serve as an opportunity to meet and talk with the building inspectors, receive answers concerning code questions, and view demonstrations of the County’s new permitting system. Features of the online system include 24/7 access for contractors to submit applications, make payments and request inspections from the convenience of their home or office.
