Site construction began in May 2015 (this photo was taken in early September 2015). It is being developed by the Vietnam Investment Construction and Trading Joint Stock Corporation (Constrexim).

Most condominiums and buildings in Thailand are built by mostlty Burmese migrant workers who flock to Thailand to work in contruction sites, .fishing and manufacturing industries.
