the development can see as a revolution. the size is always getting smaller, also the batterys (from 4 x AAA to 2 x LR1130 - some specials-models with accus)

from the ref. 820 you get ref. 802 with 1/10 s. from the ref. 520 there are also models with 1/100 min. or 1/100 h. the ref. 320 has a following model in plastic (also without split-function), who endet up as a solar-model (also to TAGheuer) in diverse colours. the ref. 370 you can have with silver body und black strap.
I've been searching the last two years a way to turn digital raw into pastel like Fujifilm 400H Pro colors.
I've failed a million times and thought that it's impossible since film reacts to light differently each time vs. digital sensor.
I've come close, but the results vary between lighting situations from bad to excellent. But now I've really cracked something cool.
This particular preset + method editing 8bit jpg (now raw) has been revolutionary discovery. I've gotten excellent results every time and the pictures are always blooming with bright pastel like colors.
I'm about to write this to my blog and release this updated 400H preset in the next few days.

These EFE RTs and RTLs now have easily detachable chassis and cab units which enable driver-equipped units and steered chassis to be fitted in less than a minute. Hopefully this should allow better display scenes to be created without permanently confining any models to particular roles.
During the research I ascertained that most RTL front hub caps were wheel colour at this time, and most RT were unpainted aluminum, often with AEC badges, so those features are also now part of the overhaul process.
A new commercial complex known as Haymarket House is to be constructed at this site at Burgess Lane in Smithfield.

Description:
Enabling works consisting of: demolition (in full) of the existing office & residential block at the Haymarket Site inclusive of the basement ( 1-6 Haymarket, 56-58 Smithfield including Smithfield Chambers), provision of associated hoarding and also provision of temporary stays for the Luas OHL (ahead of demolition of the existing building block currently providing support) with associated works. The site was formally known as the Tully Site. The demolition duration is approx. 5-6 months. All of the works above will not form a part of the permanent structure of the Mixed Use Office Development (Building) planned to be constructed on this site once enabling works completed. Mixed Use Office Development (Building) will be a subject of a separate Commencement Notice with documentation (Long Form).

The Raku process originated in Japan in the 16th century, and is named for the family that was most prominent in its development.
In the Raku process, glazes are applied to a bisque-fired ceramic piece, which is then placed in a kiln and brought to an optimal firing temperature very quickly. When the glazes are melted and shiny in the kiln (approximately 1800 degrees F), the piece is removed with tongs and the ceramist may then elect to enhance the "thermal shock" by briefly plunging it into cold water. This causes the glaze to crackle into wonderful, unpredictable patterns.
The piece is then placed in a combustible material such as wood chips or dry leaves, which immediately burst into flames. It is then subject to a “reduction” environment (usually under a metal pail or barrel) in which the burnable material is starved of oxygen and smokes heavily. The smoke blackens the piece wherever there was no glaze or the glaze crackled. It is then allowed to burn in the open for a few seconds (see pic), after which it is again smothered in the combustible material. The piece is then removed and sprayed lightly with water. This rapid cooling process seems to bring the metallic elements in the glaze to the surface and creates the incredible luster for which the Raku process is known.
Finally, the ceramic piece is placed in a tub of water to cool and it is lightly scrubbed to loosen the burnt material which still adheres to its surface. After the final cleaning, you first get to see the full beauty of the glaze. The wonder of the Raku process is that you never know exactly what the final ceramic piece will look like until you clean it off after the firing process. A Raku work is a unique and beautiful object to be dearly treasured by the one who eventually comes to possess it.

Paper: Southworth Parchment Deed (old stock)
Iodiser: Le Gray / Pelegry (no whey, just lactose)
Sensitiser: Le Gray. 7% Silver, 7% Acetic
Washed for five minutes, dried, then exposed.
Exposure: 10.5 minutes @ f/3.7, EV 9 (dark, overcast, indoors)
Development: immersed for ~ 40 seconds in Ferrous Sulphate developer.
Ferrous Sulphate__ 6.8g
Glacial acetic acid__ 12ml
Distilled water ____ 200ml
washed for ten minutes, then fixed in a 9% solution of anhydrous hypo.
Observations: Iron development was rapid, but produced a weak image. The negative was floated image side down, then flipped and rocked to immerse. All details were out by 30 seconds, then nothing seemed to change, so I removed the paper for fear of fogging. Of the the three papers tested, this was the strongest. Mars Vellum and Canson Marker developed in under a minute, but the details were barely discernible. I made an attempt at intensification by adding aceto-nitrate to the developer, but this was a mistake. Within about a minute, the silver had precipitated out of the developer, resulting in a fogged negative (canson).
For my next test, I will reduce the wash time to two minutes after sensitising. I will also test an unwashed sheet.

Old Woman Creek is the smallest reserve in the National Estuarine Research System. It is also the only Great Lakes-type, freshwater estuary in the system. The reserve features freshwater marshes, swamp forests, a barrier beach, upland forest, estuarine waters, stream and nearshore Lake Erie.

Happy New Year folks! For my first picture in 2024 I build this miniature backroom of the Steins;Gate Future Gadget Laboratory. Luckily this location is well documented online and for reference I mainly used this render by ninjo3D. It was a fun built and came together petty well. Hopefully it can make up for the fact that I didn’t included the most interesting part of this figure.
