The MP173.5 defect detector "nailed" this car as having a issue. Being placarded for a haz mat (UN1993 - Flammable / Combustible Liquids, NOS), it needed to be set out and inspected by a "car knocker" (car inspector).
So, the train is was on set it out on the Flynn Siding. As MOW needed the siding later that day; the Teague Local (L-RDV8141) had to come south, and shift the car from the Flynn Siding onto the adjacent Flynn House Track.
It's chore done, it headed back north.
(For the record, the car cleared inspection with no defects - better to safe than sorry).
