FloundersFolly was something I came up with when I joined Flickr to share photos and see the stories behind others collections. As a large majority of my collection is from my childhood, I wanted something linked to that (as I only started collecting again in 2010 - thanks DS) and I was reminded of one of my favourite childhood books. I also liked the way it sounded phonetically. No prizes as to what my favourite film is, lol.

For my doll collection it was a very good beginning of the new year 2022, here's what I found:
Laura Gabar (an Italian vintage beauty), Barbie Looks, a Philippine version of Twirly Curls Barbie, a Taiwanese version of Fabulous Fur Barbie and Designer Collection "Bedtime Beauty" Barbie outfit.
Tanvi Sawlani is a young fashion designer with her own garment house named "Zwaan," specializing in western evening wear. We shot our first fashion indoors & outdoor shoot for her fabulous ultra chic line of Designer range.
Two young beautiful & talented ladies Krishna Amriwala & Neha Murarka looked elegant & gorgeous in the new Zwaan evening collection.
One good thing about Urban Outfitters is their sale section. I was wanting one of these, but not at $15 each. But in the sale section, they were only $5 each! Whee!

Another half of my complete Snow White collection.
Snow White and her Step Mother the Evil Queen Grimhilde are my two favourite Disney characters, and Snow White and the Seven Drawves is, of course, my favourite Disney Movie. Naturally, these two characters make up the majority of my Disney collection. In the photo's you can see various types of merchandise mostly purchased from the Disney Store but also from Hallmark and even random collector stores in my area. I can't say I have one favourite in particular, but to name a few: Evil Queen Art Plate, Evil Queen Designer Villain Doll, and my Swarovski Happy Figurine, I did just purchase the 2011 Designer Snow White on Ebay (for a relative steal at $160), and I have a feeling once she arrives she'll be added to my list of favourites.
Is 8:34 in the morning and already in the queue, ahead of me there's 7 people. At least I will definitely get mines. Good luck for the people trying to get them. :)
